00:00First of all, welcome to IMS.
00:02Hi, thank you for having me.
00:05I want to tell you,
00:07about your journey,
00:08about your journey,
00:09about your journey,
00:10about your journey,
00:12about your journey.
00:15So, my journey
00:18is very tough.
00:19Being from Japan and not from Mumbai,
00:21I have to take a little pain.
00:24Like we say, no pain, no gain.
00:26So,
00:26I have done acting
00:28in the first school.
00:31I was in a drama club,
00:32and I participated in it.
00:34Then, I have thought,
00:37I pursue it.
00:38I have given over 500 auditions
00:40before cracking my first project,
00:43Social Mandia,
00:44where I have done a small role
00:47that works on the T-stall.
00:49In every role,
00:50you get to learn something,
00:51whether it's small or big.
00:53Then, I cracked my second opportunity, which was Chalzindagi.
00:56I got the privilege to work with Sanjay Mishra sir,
00:59Meeta Vashishmam, and Shannon K. from Hollywood.
01:02That was like the turning point of my career.
01:05After that, my acting improved drastically.
01:07After that, I did work in Shailakot,
01:10critically acclaimed, very well praised.
01:12And then, now I have cracked rock.
01:14That's all because of giving auditions continuously,
01:17because I have not had any training.
01:21All I have is my auditions.
01:23And I just get the scripts.
01:24And I give at least four or five auditions for big projects.
01:30I have to accept.
01:35I have to accept.
01:35But my drawback is,
01:36that I live in Japan.
01:38And I cannot manage travel and stay.
01:40Because the production is not ready.
01:43And the films, movies, and the series,
01:46are just one day before you have to finalize.
01:49That's my factor.
01:52But I don't want to leave school.
01:54That's why I live in Japan.
02:02And...
02:03Yes, I have thought.
02:04And now, I have completed my schooling.
02:06Because my education is very good.
02:09And I am a doctor in my school as well.
02:11So, I will complete it from one school.
02:15And then, after 12th,
02:17I will be shifting to Mumbai.
02:19And cursing acting fully.
02:33So, when I auditioned,
02:35I did not anticipate that it will be so deep.
02:39Because I gave the audition for the sister and brother fight scene.
02:43So, I thought it was going to be a normalcy story.
02:46I had no clue that it was about the Sanjay and Gita Chopra case in 1978.
02:51I mean...
02:52Me, my mom, and my dad, we read the script together.
02:55It was my exams going on.
02:56But we still made time.
02:58My heart felled.
02:59It was a very touched story.
03:01It was only my side.
03:03But it was a good story.
03:05And I realized that it was a great and grand project.
03:09And if there was such an opportunity in life,
03:12I would have to take it.
03:13So, as I did my exams.
03:14I was all into it.
03:16I studied Sael's character.
03:18In 1978,
03:19as people were talking and talking.
03:22A new officer would say,
03:23how would he say, how would he go?
03:25I saw videos.
03:26I googled it.
03:28I researched it.
03:29And I tried to adapt all these things.
03:32And the first reaction to my script.
03:35Wow.
03:37This is something.
03:46Like I said before, briefly.
03:49And then, as I saw a little bit of a video,
