In this video, I'll show how to fix Steam not opening, not launching, not running, not working. There are many details and steps in the video. Make sure to watch the whole video and pay attention to all of the details shown.

Right-click on Steam
Click on "Exit Steam"
Press the WINDOWS key or click on the WINDOWS icon
Write: Run
Click on Run
Write: %localappdata%
Click on OK
Open the Steam folder
Delete all of the files inside the Steam folder

Right-click on Steam
Click on "Exit Steam"
Press the WINDOWS key or click on the WINDOWS icon
Write: Run
Click on Run
Write: steam://flushconfig
Click on OK

Open the Steam folder
Delete all of the folders with the exception of "steamapps"
Delete all of the files with the exception of the Steam application executable
At the end, the folder should only have the steamapps folder and the Steam executable

Select Steam
Right-click on Steam
Click on Properites
Click on Compatibility
Check the option "Run this program as administrator"
Click on Apply
Click on OK

Press the WINDOWS key or click on the WINDOWS icon
Write: Windows Security
Click on Windows Securit
Click on Virus & Threat Protection
In Virus & Threat Protection Settings, click on Manage Settings
Scroll down
In Exclusions, click on Add or Remove Exclusions
Click on Add an exclusion
Select Folder
Choose the Steam folder
Click on Select Folder

00:13Find the Steam folder and open it.
00:17Select everything inside the folder, right-click it and click on Delete.

00:26Click on the Windows icon, write Run and click on it.
00:31And write Steam Flush Config and click on OK.
00:38Open the Steam folder, select all of the folders except Steam Apps and delete them.
00:45And select all of the files except Steam X and delete them.
00:51At the end, the folder should look like this.
00:55Select Steam, right-click it, click on Properties, click on Compatibility and check the option to run this program as
01:05Administrator.
01:06Click on Apply, click on OK.
01:09Press the Windows key or click on the Windows icon.
01:13Write Windows Security and click on it.
01:16Click on Virus and Threat Protection.
01:20In Virus and Threat Protection settings, click on Manage Settings.
01:26Scroll down.
01:29In Exclusions, click on Add or Remove Exclusions.
01:34Click on Add an Exclusion.
01:37And choose Folder.
01:40And make sure to select the Steam Folder.
01:44And click on Select Folder.
