08:08france isn't even paying its nato dues and we're paying for their fashion week

09:37they are using that open access sounding humanitarian to constantly destabilize governments

09:43i can tell you right now the majority of african leaders and not just african leaders but leaders

09:49in the developing world are celebrating the exit of usaid if you think about it their sole purpose for

09:55example filling in the gaps in healthcare education where is the change show me one country that usaid was

10:01in and education improved show me what country where usaid was in and healthcare improved the social

10:08services they're bringing it's peanuts the american taxpayer needs to know the billions of dollars that

10:13are being given to usaid a fraction is making it to the people this isn't just some random woman saying

10:19this this is the african union ambassador to the u.s this is somebody who knows what's going on who's

10:26there and been on the ground now she's saying that the usaid money was used for destabilizing

10:32governments this is something we see over and over again all the money that was supposed to be used for

10:37these program was actually used for political meddling this is something that happens in the united states

10:42all the time one of the other things that she says here right here funds are allegedly diverted with

10:50little accountability usa was nothing but a giant money laundering operation and check this out reports

10:58of funds not reaching ground level meaning all the money that's sent over there never goes to where
