00:00Could you just tell me about your company's strategy?
00:02What is going to be the next big growth catalyst for you?
00:05Oh, good.
00:07We are lucky that with the past 20 years we started our company,
00:11we've become the top three of the world of all the small components.
00:16And then we've been involved in more than 20 different areas.
00:20One, two, is because of this, then doing the acquisition.
00:24So we develop our components into modules.
00:27So we are doing thermal module, doing the hinge module,
00:31track pack people, all that module, and then also chargers.
00:35And then through the module, then we become the FATP manufacturing.
00:40So we...
00:40Could you explain FATP for our audience?
00:42Final assembly.
00:43So it's a system-like final assembly.
00:46So from components to module.
00:48And then to the final, the whole devices,
00:51we have this kind of either R&D and engineering
00:55and manufacturing capability.
00:59And then all around the world,
01:00we have 80 different factories around 15 countries.
01:06So we are very international.
01:08So then this is the fundamental of our company for the past 20 years.
01:13And then we see the trend from the electronic consumer.
01:18And then it's going to go to the AIDC.
01:21It's going to really up for the next at least five years.
01:25So we are fully speed to focus on that,
01:29which is we can share similar of the process.
01:32And then the more conflict and difficult of the capability
01:36that we kind of shift and copy that into the AIDC industry.
01:42And then we are already support all the famous name already.
01:46Then that's going to be another trend.
01:48And then we also use the hardware
01:50that then we make the human robot.
01:53Then from the components, also to module,
01:56and the whole system and texting,
01:59and then the quality standard.
02:02And also we help to do all the justification and the service.
02:07And then we also,
02:08because we have around 100,000 of employees around the world,
02:14outside of China we have 30,000.
02:16Then the whole factory,
02:19we also have a huge amount of data
02:22that we are going to share with all the industry together.
02:26So that's the key.
02:28And then we believe we can do a lot of achievement during this growth.
02:32We just got news that Apple is hiking the prices of its iPads and MacBooks
02:37on the back of, can you hear me?
02:39Yes.
02:39On the back of those memory shortage.
02:42Yeah.
02:42So I'm wondering as a major supplier,
02:44how big of a hit is that going to be for your demand and for your margins?
02:49Actually, we knew that earlier.
02:51Because we are very, the co-supplier of the industry.
02:55So we knew that earlier.
02:56And then we already kind of shift our capability
02:59and the caseability into phone, into notebook.
03:04That 2.1 is still growing.
03:07And then also with this year,
03:08the new affordable things is going to come.
03:11And then we focus on that.
03:12We have a lot of new technology for the new phone.
03:16And then we believe that can help us to digest
03:20our capacity.
03:22So it would not really interest too much to us.
03:24You have opened up this new super factory in Beijing.
03:28You are targeting from 10,000 units this year to 500,000 in 2030.
03:33What is underpinning this confidence?
03:35And have you locked in clients for the humanoid robots?
03:39Sure.
03:39We are locked at least 30 different clients.
03:44All the famous ones in China and also the famous ones in North America.
03:48Could you share specifically which are your clients in North America?
03:52I'm sorry.
03:55Every big name you can name.
03:57Okay.
03:57Tesla?
03:59Right.
03:59Yeah.
04:00Yeah.
04:00Yeah.
04:01So every big name, then they're all involved.
04:03And then even some of the name you don't know.
04:06And then we are doing the first prototype situation.
04:09But I just assigned a contract, but I cannot really share.
04:12Then the Beijing one, we are focused on the China brand.
04:16So that's more than 10 of a China brand is going to use the Beijing facility.
04:22Actually, we have another facility at Chengdu and then another facility at Zhengzhou,
04:29which is where they have three MP for humanoid robot.
04:33And then by this year, so far on hand,
04:36we already got more than 30,000 sets of humanoid robots filled on hand.
04:42And are you looking at expanding these factories outside of China?
04:46Yes.
04:47Where?
04:47Yeah.
04:48We are going to, we have factories in Vietnam, India, Brazil, Turkey, France,
04:54and the United States and Finland.
04:57So we are going to follow our customer reply.
05:00What is the projected demand growth you are seeing in this humanoid robotics sector
05:04in the US and in China?
05:06I think the really big trend would come after 2028.
05:13That's my guessing.
05:14And it's going to be really become more like for sure around even 2030.
05:20But we would like to do all this supporting in the beginning.
05:24And then one day we can really become, you know, top players in the industry.
05:29You are looking to commit your CapEx to capacity expansion beyond this humanoid robots factory.
05:35Where else are you putting money into?
05:37Oh, AIDC must be the first one.
05:40So we already have a hyper power charger.
05:47And then for the AIDC to DC to DC.
05:51So all this kind of power module is going to be a big area for us to invest.
05:56We are actually doing quite more than eight different customers for making samples.
06:02But the power for AIDC really needs more than one year to do the verification.
06:10So that takes time.
06:10And then two is our thermal solution.
06:14So the thermal one, which is a quiet rear door.
06:17So we are going to, that's their media's approved supplier.
06:21So we are going to use that to bring all different production lines into the top of the customer.
06:28And then we are also involved with other components or things for the AIDC.
06:36Are you seeing any component shortage in all the sectors you are present in right now?
06:40How severe is that?
06:42Actually we are excited about that.
06:45Because for the past 20 years of very strong competition,
06:50in China is a very good, high quality, flexible quality price.
06:57And then the whole team, we are everywhere.
07:01And we can, we actually are waiting for the volume to become really big.
07:07And the requirement for quality become extremely high.
07:12Then it's our show time.
07:14Okay.
07:14Yeah.
07:15You are seeing supply constraints or not?
07:17A little bit.
07:19A little bit.
07:20Yeah.
07:20Yeah.
07:20Yeah.
07:21Yeah.
07:22But to us, it's an opportunity.
07:24Yes.
07:25We got to use over that.
07:26And then it's our chance.
