00:00Hey, Shalom brothers and sisters, welcome back. I thank you again for joining me today.
00:04Hey, listen, today I want to go over Isaiah's prophecies concerning our Savior and Messiah, Yeshua.
00:12I've touched on the subject several times before here and there, and I just want to redo it.
00:18I got a bunch of them right here. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12
00:24of them.
00:25Now, Isaiah was reported, well, by scholars, he was around in around 700 BCE before the Common Era.
00:36So that's roughly 700 years before the appearance of the Messiah, Yeshua.
00:42And anyways, 7 is a special biblical number.
00:48It means complete or completeness, just like 7th day Sabbath or 7 days in a week.
00:54You know, there's 7.
00:55And there's some other examples I could do, but anyways, I want to read some of these to you right
01:00here.
01:03And I'm going to start out with Isaiah.
01:06Oh, get your Bibles out, get your Bibles out and check up on me.
01:09Follow along with me or jot them down, look them up later.
01:13It's very interesting.
01:14Anyways, we'll go to Isaiah 53, verse 1.
01:22It says here,
01:23Who hath believed our report, and to whom is the arm of Yahweh revealed?
01:29It's a question.
01:31Now we go to verse 2.
02:00Now we'll go to verse 3 here.
02:04He is despised and rejected of men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.
02:10And we hid as it wore our faces from him.
02:15He was despised and we esteemed him not.
02:18So does that sound like the Messiah there?
02:23Yes, it does.
02:24A man of sorrows.
02:25Now we'll go to number 4, verse 4.
02:28Surely he hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, yet we did esteem him stricken, smiting, of Elohim, and
02:38afflicted.
02:39So that's another one here.
02:42Now go to verse 5.
02:44I'm still on chapter 53 of Isaiah.
02:47But he was wounded for our transgressions, and he was bruised for our iniquities.
02:52The chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we were healed.
02:58That's really saying something right there.
03:01That's deep.
03:02That's real deep right there.
03:05Now, verse 6.
03:17It's kind of like when Yeshua was arrested.
03:20The apostles, they just scattered like sheep.
03:24Scared sheep, they scattered.
03:26And the Messiah, he took sin from the world.
03:32He placed it on him, on the stake, and that was that.
03:40Now we'll go to number 7, verse 7.
03:46He was oppressed and he was afflicted, yet he opened up not his mouth.
03:50Remember, he didn't really open his mouth too much during questioning.
03:54He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shears is dumb.
04:01So, he opened not his mouth.
04:04So, he never really opened his mouth, and he never really said too much really to Pontius Pilate either.
04:10Now, we'll go to number 8 here.
04:13Verse 8.
04:14He was taken from prison and from judgment, and who shall declare his generation?
04:20For he was cut off out of the land of the living.
04:23For the transgression of my people was he stricken.
04:28And so, there's another one right there.
04:31Go to number 9.
04:35And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich, and his death, because he had done no
04:41violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
04:44So, he was sinless, perfect, and yet he was hung up on that tree with two criminals, and they all
04:56suffered and expired.
05:01Number 10.
05:02Verse 10 here.
05:04Yet it pleased Yahweh to bruise him.
05:07He hath put him to grief when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin.
05:12He shall see his seed.
05:14He shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Yahweh shall prosper in his hand.
05:22So, that puts a smile on your face right there.
05:25Now, let's go to 11.
05:27Let's go to verse 11 here.
05:28He shall see the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied.
05:33By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many, for he shall bear their iniquities.
05:40There it is.
05:41He's taking the sins of the world with them.
05:43He's taking them away.
05:47Now, finally, verse 12.
05:51Therefore, will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong,
05:58because he hath poured out his soul unto death.
06:01And he was numbered with the transgressors, and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
06:10So, there we go again.
06:12And he made a, basically right and wrong, you know, from what Adam did when he picked, he picked the
06:22wrong tree.
06:23You know, there's a tree of life and a tree of knowledge of good and evil.
06:26And what was Yahweh?
06:28Yahweh was hung up on a tree.
06:30And he was, and that should represent a tree of life, but a tree of eternal life.
06:36And people should recognize that, and they should pick that tree.
06:41Pick the tree of eternal life, salvation.
06:45Yeah, and that's there.
06:47That's all I got here on that list right here.
06:50And I just wanted to share that with you.
06:53I hope this helped you out.

06:59Isaiah chapter 53.
