00:46He said the new administration has hit the ground running to set the direction they intend to take.
00:51Earlier this month, Reform announced it would cut the council's school uniform fund by £1.3 million
00:57by making support available only to those who need it most.

01:11He said the council will be relentless in tackling waste and improving efficiency,
