00:01Five officers from a West Yorkshire branch of Reform UK have resigned with immediate effect.
00:07The group, covering Osset and Denby Dale and Dewsbury and Batley,
00:11say their objectives no longer align with what they describe as the party's current change of direction.
00:17In a letter, they cite continued bullying, divisive behaviour and a lack of regional communication and support.
00:24They also allege senior management ordered ward candidates to be removed
00:29before the elections, which are set to take place on 7th May.
00:33Former chair Sean Wilkinson says the decision was the final straw.
00:37Reform UK says no bullying complaints were submitted and no candidates were replaced.
