00:01Good afternoon, I would like to make a video, maybe explaining my path to kind of where I'm at today.
00:09As people are aware of Social Security Administration, I'm going to see, you know, representative payees for people that can't
00:19earn money.
00:20Well, you know, that kind of, you know, that only works to where a person is actually confident enough to
00:29pass, you know, the exams on a level that actually would actually, you know, conflict with that case.
00:37And I am actually one of these people that I would actually conflict with because I have actually passed the
00:43New York State Insurance Exam.
00:48And, you know, and that's not something, you know, a lot of people can pass, you know, especially, you know,
00:53people that actually have prep payees.
00:56You know, that's, you know, that's kind of more of the gist of that.
01:00However, you know, I am kind of technically not allowed to go to hungry care facilities because when people manage
01:08their money, I argue and I take advantage of them.
01:12You know, when I was living at the M1 Transitional Residence, you know, in March of 2016 to April of
01:182017, I took advantage of, you know, of ETR, you know, managing, you know, the Rochester Psychiatric Center managing my
01:27money.
01:27And most of my kind of behaviors are centered around people providing care.
01:34And when care is provided, I take advantage of it.
01:38So basically, you know, at a psychiatric facility, you know, as long as that people are providing care, I just
01:47don't have to comply because as long as that I am being fed and cared for, I don't even have
01:55to comply.
01:55You know, that's kind of more of based on, you know, and when DSS wants to, since DSS wants to
02:02management money, I'm not going to comply with it.
02:05They're paying my way. They're paying my bills. So I don't have to comply. It's as simple as that.
02:11You know, this is kind of more of, you know, me using DSS to get my way.
02:17And as long as that DSS wants to management money, they can deal with the fallout.
02:23Because I am not legally responsible for things anymore.
02:26As long as that DSS pays my bills, and as long as that, that's under the, you know, under the
02:33purview, as long as that DSS is paying my bills and paying my rent, I can take advantage of it.
02:41And it's what happens. It is what happens when you get, it's just what happens.
02:45It's just kind of why I got kicked out of places like, such as the M1 Transitional Residence.
02:51Because, as long as that, somebody is paying my bills and I don't apply. It's just what happens. It's why
03:01I got kicked out of the ball as well.
03:04As long as that, somebody is paying my way, making sure I'm well cared for and well fed, I don't
03:11have to comply with, you know, legal responsibilities.
03:16And as far as, you know, the psychiatric thing, you know, the psychiatric, you know, trips that I've had since
03:22I had came to the state of New York when I had come to the state of Nebraska on December
03:2918th, 2004 when I had moved to New York from Nebraska.
03:33You know, all those psychiatric trips that I had, you know, all those psychiatric trips that I had since then
03:37were a means to take advantage of the system, defraud Medicaid, and any future trip wouldn't go along those lines
03:47to defraud Medicaid.
03:48I never wanted to live in New York State, even when I had moved from Nebraska to here on the
03:5518th of December, 2004. I wanted to live in Los Angeles.
03:59So basically until someone can, you know, transfer my services to the state of Nebraska or to Los Angeles, which
04:11is what I prefer, it is to, it's just going to discontinue.
04:17I am, you know, what if I am taken to a psychiatric, you know, to the hospital for a psychiatric
04:22file, and when they file these admissions report, I am going to flat out admit that my intention is to
04:30defraud Medicaid before they can even process the admission at the hospital when they take me to the psychiatric, you
04:39know, for a psychiatric file.
04:41I am just going to say that my intent is to defraud Medicaid and use a psychiatric ward as a
04:46means to circumvent, you know, the requirements for, you know, responsibilities.
04:53Because as long as that facility is providing care, it doesn't matter where, in the state of New York, it
04:59could be in a psychiatric, you know, long-term psychiatric facility, it could be in a jail, prison.
05:05As long as that I am being cared for, I don't have to comply.
05:11As long as that I am being fed, my bills are being paid, I don't have to comply.
05:18This is, this is more what happens when one is stripped of independence, independent on the state, independent on, you
05:26know, things like that.
05:27You know, if I live on my own payee, you know, these behaviors wouldn't be happening because I would have
05:34to do everything on my own.
05:36And since, you know, since, you know, that's not going to happen, and as long as I live in New
05:43York State, this is what's going to happen.
05:46But, you know, if I have my services transferred to Los Angeles, you know, I would basically, I would comply.
05:53But until, until, until all my services are transferred to the state of California in LA, in Los Angeles County,
06:02I do have no intent to comply.
06:07Because, as long as I DSS is paying my way, you know, this is what happens.
06:14I would like to thank everyone who will be watching this video.
06:20If they believe in the Lord, God bless.
06:23I would like to wish everyone a, you know, farewell and, you know, have a good day.
06:30I hope everyone is safe.
