00:00I will be using the court officer to initiate a mental health eval so I do not have to appear in front of the judge.
00:09This is how I always do things. I will always use the mental health system to get my way.
00:14The competency evals that you ordered, the judge ordered, I used it to get my way.
00:21I used it to ensure that this case can go on forever.
00:25And if they order more, I will keep using competency evals mental health evaluations to ensure I get my way.
00:33It's not the first time I've done this, and it won't be the last.
00:37As long as I live in New York State, that's how it's going to be.
00:40I am going to use this process to ensure no mental health professional will ever take me on as a patient.
00:47I will, and I will use the mental health system to ensure I don't have to follow any court orders.
00:54I will use the mental health evaluations for that purpose.
00:57I will use a psychiatric institution for that purpose.
01:01I will put these people in a position where it can violate ethics.
01:07And if they violate the ethics, it could lose their job.
01:11And if I am sent to a, you know, psychiatric ward or a psychiatric facility, it will prevent others from getting the help that they truly need.
01:21Because I decided to use the system in a fraudulent manner, so I didn't have to appear in front of a judge.
01:28That's how I intend to use the psychiatric system.
01:31All because an adoption agency in the state of Nebraska may be moved to the state of New York on the 18th of December 2004.
01:41Because of that, I will use this system.
01:44I will continue using the psychiatric system until the only option is to have all my services transferred out to an area out in Los Angeles, California called Laurel Canyon.
01:57This is, that will be the only option that will be left because I will ensure, I will ensure that no mental health professional in the state of New York will ever take me out as a patient because I will use the psychiatric system as a manipulative tool to get my way.
02:15And that's pretty much how I, that's why I have DSS managing my money.
02:19And so I, it's through what, it's through manipulation, through deceit, that's how, that's how I pretty much use DSS to manage my money.
02:29And DSS controls my life because I manage my money.
02:32And I'm not going to be able to answer any questions from the judge because DSS controls my life because they pay my bills.
02:39And they're not, they're not the only ones.
02:41By being on saying her mom are my health care proxies.
02:44So I am going to control.
02:46The Genesee County DA is a terrorist.
02:50He is trying to exterminate me, trying to make things, trying to make me do something that is not possible for me to do.
02:57I am on SSI.
02:59I am pretty much explaining to him that I'm not employed.
03:02And he is trying to kill me by trying to make me do something that is not even physically and remotely possible for me to do.
03:09I can't get a money order because anytime I tried to do that, they pretty much said I'm at risk for fraud.
03:15So there is no possible way for me to do a money order.
03:18I can't have a checking account or savings account or any prepaid cards because I'm in check systems.
03:24And until I'm off check systems, I can't do that either.
03:28And if I do get employed, I'll end up being homeless because I can't be in and I can't have an appointment and take care of myself.
03:36I can do one or the other, can't do both.
03:39So, and if you try to make me appear on Tuesday for court, I will just manipulate the court officer that is standing out there outside the courtroom to take me to the psychiatric ward.
03:54So I don't have to follow any orders that the court gives.
03:57I will ensure that I get my way by manipulating.
04:01And I will ensure that I will use the mental health system to get my way.
04:06This is pretty much the behavior that I used to have DSS as my payee.
04:11This is behavior that got me kicked out of the Rochester Psych Center.
04:15This is behavior that got me kicked out of Nepal.
04:19And I'm going to use this behavior to ensure no mental health professional in New York State would ever want me as a client.
04:27So the only option would be to ensure to pretty much transfer all my services out to Laurel Canyon, a neighborhood in LA.
04:36That would be the only way for me to stop.
04:39Because as long as I live in New York State, I will use the mental health services to get my way to ensure no mental health professional would ever take a court seriously.
04:49And they would never take me seriously because all they're going to see is me manipulating the system to get out of court ordered things.
