00:30in the summer of 2003 I was told I would be moving to New York around around the time that I did come to New York on December 18th of all four I wasn't given a choice and because of that I decided to plan my meaningful way of using the psych ward to circumvent a court order to circumvent anything a court tells me to circumvent anything law enforcement tells me
00:57and most of all to circumvent anything I'm being told and most of all to get my way to ensure I never have any treatment in New York State to ensure I will keep using this behavior until no psychiatrist in New York State
01:17and that the only two places where I will get treatment is in Hawaii or in Los Angeles this is how I intend to use the psych ward to ensure I get my way
01:33the other means I would use the psych ward is to circumvent restitution and if I don't get my way I can just use the psych ward
01:43and I can just use the psych ward to ensure I don't have to strip any sentences
01:48to ensure I don't have to do anything the court tells me to ensure I don't have to do what law enforcement tells me
01:57I will use the psych ward in this manner to ensure that I will always get my way because no one
02:05no one is going to want a part of this and I will keep doing this as long as I live in New York State
02:11until I get my entire case transferred out to California or Hawaii
