"He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved." - Psalm 62:6
Missed 202lb five times on the Arthur Lifts this morning. Is that bad or wrong? Not this time. Why was this OK to do? 1) I'm not peaking for a meet. 2) l didn't knock myself out trying to get it finally put overhead. 3) As soon as l felt 'done', l stopped. I even came back 10 minutes later after subtracting 5kg and still missed 191lb, which was fine. Yes, l'm feeling sore and worked this evening, but nothing a solid night of sleep won't fix. The longer you practice ANYTHING, the more you understand when you can bend or even break the rules. Hope your learning is taking you where you want to go. God Bless.

Many tries is alright. Just be honest when its time to stop.
