00:00Now, back to Stiney and Guru on 95.7 The Game.
00:05All righty.
00:05It is crossover time, and because it's a Friday,
00:08we're sponsored by ATCO Pest Control.
00:11And coming up in 10 minutes, the What's Bugging You segment.
00:15But let's first welcome in Mark Willard and Dan Dibley.
00:19Happy Juneteenth.
00:20Hello, guys.
00:20Yeah.
00:21What a big day.
00:22What a big day.
00:24You guys had a potluck without us, but no.
00:26I was a little trigger, Tim.
00:28That's not true.
00:29It was grand.
00:29He was like, oh, we got to show potluck.
00:32But it kind of hurt a little bit.
00:34Is there or is there not currently potluck food in both of your bellies?
00:38Yes, sir.
00:39And you saved me a slot.
00:40So we're good then.
00:42And Mark is known for, like, when we have station potlucks.
00:45I'm sorry, cluster potlucks.
00:47He will bring nothing, and then he will not only.
00:51But he will do the Kaminga, and he will take some to go.
00:55I'm going to give you a four.
00:56Yeah, but that's because I almost, I don't want to use the word guilted, but when you
01:04show up to one of those things, and then the whole room is filled with way more food than
01:09anyone can eat.
01:10And you're like, but I didn't bring anything.
01:12And they go, come on.
01:14It's fine.
01:16It's just going to sit here and go bad.
01:18Come eat.
01:19And then I'll be like.
01:19So you're helping out.
01:20Exactly.
01:21If you need somebody to eat it, I'm here for you.
01:24I'm going to eat it, is your line.
01:26And, I mean, this week we did have free food delivered, and we had the fried chicken.
01:30When?
01:31And we had the mac and cheese.
01:32Oh, I was getting a ruka now.
01:33Yep, that was on Wednesday, I think.
01:35Yeah, it's a bad beat.
01:36But we also had a gigantic trough of Brussels sprouts.
01:40Oh.
01:40Which I think was.
01:41They were delicious.
01:43I'm told they were delicious.
01:44Oh, you didn't partake.
01:45I was not hungry.
01:46Okay.
01:47I'm not hungry anymore.
01:49Shout out, you know, JumpstartMD.
01:52And just, I walked out of the elevator, and the fragrance of the Brussels sprout, it's powerful.
01:58A little strong.
01:59It's very strong.
02:00Well, let's get this out the way, Dibs.
02:02Let's do it.
02:02We made a mistake, Stani and I.
02:04Oh, boy.
02:05I told them I'd apologize.
02:06Dude, I almost texted you.
02:08It was last year.
02:09I was last year.
02:10I'm like, well.
02:11But I texted Dibs this morning trying to get a soccer pick.
02:13And I can't type when I text.
02:15So, I wanted to say, I can't believe you're off.
02:19But I typed it wrong.
02:20And then I was like, no, he's not.
02:22So, last year, you were off.
02:24I was.
02:24Okay.
02:25I take that as this.
02:26My bad.
02:26Because it's a company holiday, as it should be, Juneteenth.
02:29Okay.
02:29And so, my whole thing, and our boss, he has a policy of, you know, company holiday, if
02:35you want it off, even though it's good to you, just let them know.
02:38And so, last year, I was like, yeah, Juneteenth, I mean, I'm going to go ahead and take
02:42it off.
02:42I figured we all would, especially you, Goo.
02:46The car is in trouble.
02:47I mean, I was thinking.
02:48Will, they're on my neck right now.
02:50Look at Stiney.
02:51I tune in.
02:52It's like, ah, morning show, intact.
02:55Stiney, wait, Stiney and Goo.
02:57And it's Willard and whoever.
02:59Oh, yeah, I can't remember.
03:01I mean, it might have been FP.
03:02I mean, I have no idea.
03:03Didn't you then do the opposite?
03:05Wasn't there also some holiday where you're the only one that showed up?
03:08That was this year.
03:09Yeah.
03:11Your calibration is all I got going.
03:13I remember.
03:13I think it was the day after Thanksgiving.
03:16That might have been it.
03:17Yeah.
03:17Black Friday.
03:18It might have been.
03:19This is when you're off, you're off.
03:21Black Friday and Juneteenth.
03:22You've got the, anyway.
03:23Yeah, you got them all.
03:24I mean, yeah.
03:25So, I mean, this year I was like, you know what, I've got a little thing coming up.
03:28I'll be gone for a couple of days and then I've got a surgery and I'll be gone for another
03:32week.
03:33Oh.
03:33The knife?
03:34Yeah.
03:36Hernia.
03:37And it's actually, it's not even the knife.
03:39I'm sure it's the knife to let the, it's the scalpel and then it's the robot.
03:44Yeah, I got you.
03:45The laser is just a beep, beep, boop.
03:48They're sending in the robot.
03:49They did that with Norm, did the heart valve.
03:51The robot went to do it.
03:52So, I met with my surgeon who was awesome and she's like, yeah, so basically, you know,
03:56we're going to, you know, do the incision here and then we'll send in the robot.
04:00I'm like, so, you're basically the surgeon, but all you do is a little, a little slice
04:05and then you send in the bot, like, and you're getting paid like, whatever, 400 grand a year?
04:11Now, my brother had one dibs and the only dumb question is the one you don't ask.
04:14You don't have to answer.
04:15Like, does it bother you every day, the hernia, or just every now and again?
04:18No, every day.
04:19Yeah, every day.
04:20I mean, some days are better than other days, but this is the inginal, which is the one
04:25that's right below where you put your belt and it's, you know, bilateral.
04:30Well, I don't want to describe it.
04:31I mean, you're going to go south of that.
04:33You're going to go south, it gets dicey, but it's like, oh, you know, and so some days
04:38it feels like a groin pole, but I know it's not because that little thing's been poking
04:43through, like a little bit like whack-a-mole, but never goes back in.
04:48I've had two of them.
04:49Come on, Will.
04:50Yeah, one of them was when I was a little guy.
04:51Oh.
04:52I was a little kid.
04:53And then another one was when I was in my early 20s.
04:55But don't watch anything funny on TV when you're recovering.
05:01Laughing hurts.
05:01Or listen to the station.
05:03Right.
05:03Well, I mean, I'll listen to him and Randy.
05:05Yeah, you listen to us.
05:06That's fine.
05:08Absolutely.
05:08You can do that.
05:09Will, I had my belly button sticking out, so I went through that surgery as a kid.
05:13They called it a hernia.
05:15It was sticking out.
05:15Oh, okay.
05:16Moms didn't like it.
05:17Not like the belly button.
05:18Yeah, the belly button was sticking out, so.
05:20Well, that's not a hernia.
05:21That's just an outie.
05:23There's an innie and there's an outie.
05:23It's a hernia.
05:24It can start with an innie, and then now you have an outie.
05:27Okay.
05:28Yeah.
05:28What about the other way around?
05:29Because that's what I had.
05:30I'll never forget I woke up at Oakville Hospital.
05:31You had an outie and it became an innie?
05:33Yep.
05:33Without my knowledge.
05:34That's what I had.
05:35It's called a tapeworm.
05:35I just woke up one day.
05:38I woke up one day and it was gone.
05:40I hear you.
05:41Scared the living hell out of me.
05:42Adios.
05:43It's the outie.
05:44I was going to go get in the shower and I'm like, where the hell did it go?
05:46Come on.
05:47Gone.
05:48Yeah.
05:48Like somebody just sucked that thing in there.
05:51Yeah, I went in with an outie came out in.
05:52Yeah.
05:53And Steini and I are old enough to know that when you were born with the umbilical cord,
05:57the doctor just took the cigar out of his mouth and just burned through it.
06:01There you go.
06:02There you go, kid.
06:02What's going on here?
06:03That's right.
06:04We're talking about umbilical cords, Grandy.
06:06What's the matter with you?
06:07Oh, my gosh.
06:09It's a lot.
06:09Anyway.
06:10Anyhow.
06:11USA, two nothing.
06:12Yeah.
06:13They got this.
06:14They got it.
06:14We only got a few minutes to go.
06:16I don't want to jinx it.
06:16Without their best player, I was nervous.
06:18Yeah.
06:18No, they're in good shape.
06:19And he probably won't play in the next match either.
06:21Oh.
06:22Assuming that Turkey doesn't win tonight.
06:24Okay, I get that if they've already clinched.
06:26Right.
06:26But they did say yesterday they expect him to play against Turkey A.
06:30Right.
06:30And he might play a little bit if, you know, he's from Pennsylvania, so he's a little soft
06:36anyway.
06:37Oh.
06:38Gold differential of five.
06:39That was, I love that.
06:41Trying to bring him into the segment.
06:43Don't bring him in.
06:44He said he was running four quarters.
06:46Don't make me come down Wondolowski's road.
06:49Because if you go after my soccer hero, I'm coming after your soccer hero.
06:53You can.
06:54My guy happens to be the all-time leading goal scorer in MLS history.
06:58Your guy's the guy who plays, oh, two matches and I'm hurt.
07:01Your guy could have changed the course of U.S. men's soccer history.
07:04Oh.
07:04Remember when he had that one timer in that one game?
07:08Against whom?
07:09You know.
07:10One of the other countries.
07:11About eight years ago.
07:11If you did disparage my guy.
07:13You know what I'm talking about.
07:14Of course I do.
07:15And I've already said on this station, we're not here for that slander.
07:19Okay.
07:20We're not.
07:21You only get one big moment in life.
07:22And his brother's a P1, so.
07:24Oh, hey, hey, hey.
07:25You know what?
07:26The thing about Wondo, he's like the consummate professional.
07:29That's what he did when we found out Lakeham was listening.
07:30Seriously.
07:31I think he's.
07:31He changed.
07:32Wondo just texted.
07:33Is he the best athlete?
07:34Is he the best soccer player to ever play in the Bay Area?
07:37I would say probably.
07:39Yeah, I think so.
07:39Some would say Landon Donovan, who actually was in San Jose before.
07:43But, you know, it's akin to you in your D3 basketball career going on to play for, like, the Olympic
07:51team.
07:53Okay.
07:53Because he was a D2 guy at Chico.
07:55And he went on the way, all the way to be part of the national team.
07:59All right.
07:59Impressive.
08:00Noted.
08:01No, yeah, but, you know, Pulisic hopefully comes back soon.
08:04How locked in are you guys?
08:06What former NFL receiver's son scored in this match today?
08:12Wow.
08:13How locked in are you?
08:15If I could guess, that doesn't mean I'm locked in.
08:17He's a Packer.
08:18His dad's a former Packer.
08:20Not Billy.
08:22I can't think of one receiver for the Packers right now from, like, 15 years ago.
08:28Yeah, I mean, try to do the age.
08:29So, like, kid's about 20 years old-ish.
08:32Uh, Jennings.
08:33Uh, no.
08:33Good guess.
08:34Yeah, good guess.
08:34Sterling Sharp?
08:35No.
08:36I can't remember.
08:37Not Donald Driver.
08:38No.
08:38Dude, that was man.
08:41I've always liked Minnie Driver.
08:43Yeah.
08:43Me too.
08:43I was just a good actress.
08:44She's a big fan of hers.
08:45Yeah.
08:45I had a little mini crush on her.
08:47I had a mini crush on her, too.
08:49Pun intended.
08:49Yeah, pun intended.
08:50I thought Good Will Hunting could have, like, reached a little higher for the counterpart
08:55to Matt Damon's character, but that's fine.
08:57Yeah, I mean, it worked, though.
08:59We never did find out if he went to, like, what happened when he went to go see about a
09:03girl.
09:03Right.
09:04Well, I think we didn't.
09:05I assume it went well.
09:06I know what happened when I went to see about a girl.
09:08I cheated.
09:09But you cheated.
09:10I had to.
09:11Antonio Freeman.
09:13Antonio Freeman.
09:14Hey.
09:14That is true.
09:15Before we get to it, I'm hashtag random.
09:17I looked up at the TV 10 minutes ago, and they had a poll question.
09:20And I want to run it by you three real quick.
09:22Willards, whose baseball career would you rather have, Mike Trout or Bryce Harper?
09:29Ooh.
09:30I thought that was rather odd, but I got my answer.
09:35Well, I assume you're talking statistically.
09:39However you take that question, whose career?
09:41I would rather have Bryce Harper's, because there's been more sort of postseason baseball.
09:47Plays in the World Series.
09:49And just even, like, the Angels are one of those weird.
09:52He's got 12 postseason at best.
09:54This is one of those weird franchises where you're like, do you even really exist?
09:58He's one of the greats to ever do it.
09:59Yeah, his numbers will sneak up on you, like how incredible they are.
10:04But what's his legacy?
10:08What mark did he leave?
10:09Wow.
10:10Angels.
10:11It's just like.
10:12And wouldn't leave.
10:14Yeah.
10:14Our demand to get out of here.
10:15Stiney?
10:17What?
10:17Bryce Harper?
10:19Harper.
10:20It's Harper.
10:21He's had more high points.
10:23Yeah, and he has an NLCS MVP.
10:27And like you said, Mike Trout has how many at-bats?
10:2912.
10:3012 postseason at-bats?
10:32And fewer injuries.
10:33Bryce Harper.
10:34Well, that part.
10:34Pure injuries.
10:35But Trout on his best day was better.
10:37Would we say he's better than Harper?
10:40Probably.
10:41Yeah.
10:41I mean, Mike Trout, if he had been.
10:44Man.
10:44If he had stayed healthy, and even without being fully healthy.
10:48I mean, you're talking about some unbelievable Hall of Fame track numbers.
10:52I know.
10:53Yeah.
10:53I know.
10:54All right.
10:54Thanks, guys.
10:55So, yeah.
10:56Hey, you're listening to 95.7 The Game, KGMZ FM at HD1 San Francisco and Odyssey Sports Station.
11:03Home of the Warriors and Valkyries, always live on the free Odyssey app.
11:06Now coming to you live from the Laughing Monk Studios.
11:08Laughing Monk, righteously brewed in San Francisco.
11:11Mosquito activity, it peaks in the summer.
11:14You guys know that.
11:15Atco Pest Control limits mosquito populations around your property.
11:19Visit atcopest.com.
11:20Mention you heard about Atco on the What's Bugging You segment.
11:23And you get 10% off mosquito services this month.
11:27I'd like to see Billy raise that to 20% next month.
11:31We'll talk.
11:32Well, you'll talk to him about it.
11:34It's your account.
11:34I still don't know why I'm doing that read.
11:37But, you're in the one chair.
11:38Yeah.
11:39It's the, who wants to start?
11:43Actually, we like to go last for the first time.
11:46No, and you guys, that's all you need to go last.
11:48No, no, no.
11:49You're always like, you're the best.
11:50All right, I'm going to go first today.
11:51You're the best.
11:52Okay.
11:52Lead it on.
11:53I got it.
11:53Like, Steiner, you look like you've had a rough day.
11:56It looks the fill of thoughts.
11:57I can cheer you up.
11:58I can cheer you up.
11:59I'll be Jerry Lewis.
12:00I'm going to save him for the end.
12:01But it stems from guilt from yesterday on why we came to another.
12:04I know, I heard he was here at like 5 in the morning.
12:07You got to hear that early?
12:08Huh?
12:09You got to hear that early?
12:10I got to hear early.
12:11Okay.
12:11I got to hear early.
12:13That's how our meeting went yesterday.
12:14Principal's office opens early.
12:15So, I'm parking the car in my garage, or the garage that I'm parking every day.
12:19It's Friday, Juneteenth.
12:21I'm smiling.
12:22And a lady's looking right at me.
12:24We're face to face.
12:25I say, how you doing?
12:27And to her, I didn't even exist.
12:29And I just thought that was another example of just, come on, I'm not here to take your purse.
12:34I just said, hello, how you doing?
12:36We've seen each other 10 steps before, and she just looked like I was a Martian.
12:41And I was like, huh, I'm a big boy.
12:44But the more I think about it, kind of, how easy is it to say, how you doing?
12:48Or, hello, your eyes were locked in.
12:51How you doing?
12:52Nothing.
12:53And I just, it's so easy to just, how you doing, and be cordial.
12:58When somebody says it to you like I did to her.
13:01Yeah.
13:01How you doing?
13:02What'd you do?
13:03I just kept going after she's normal.
13:05Yeah.
13:06But I thought to myself, damn.
13:08I get it.
13:09That's mine.
13:10I talked to Susan.
13:11Yeah.
13:12And apparently Susan, like, crossed the street.
13:14Susan doesn't exist.
13:15Maybe this woman didn't exist.
13:17Are you sure?
13:19Was she there?
13:20Yeah, she was there.
13:21All right.
13:21I'll do this now.
13:22That way, if the boss is still yoked in, he can come in and listen.
13:26But what's bugging me is our boss.
13:29And so we come in for the watch party.
13:31And whatever, it's not a big time party.
13:33Granny brought pastries.
13:35And Willard brought pizza.
13:36I brought nothing, as did risotto.
13:37It's fine.
13:38It wasn't a huge deal.
13:39But we're watching the TV out there in the room.
13:42And there's no audio.
13:43And I'm trying to troubleshoot because that's what I do.
13:46And I can't do it.
13:47And so the boss comes in.
13:48And before he actually gets on the phone with Tim Jordan to make it actually work, which was great of
13:54the boss, he's talking about, oh, this game is so boring.
13:57This sport is boring.
13:59What's the point?
14:00This and that.
14:01And he is just basically Casey Schmitting on the entire experience.
14:06And then he tries to troubleshoot it and fix it during the game.
14:09And so now we have to reboot the whole TV.
14:11Oh, no.
14:12And now, like, we're shutting it down mid-game.
14:14And then we come back in the second half.
14:17Actually, the second goal that got scored, the second goal actually happened while we were watching the smaller TV in
14:23his office because we couldn't see it.
14:24And it's not a big indictment, but it was just a little bit of a buzzkill where, you know, you
14:30get excited about something.
14:31And then that one person comes in and is like, oh, this isn't that great.
14:36Like, what are you all doing?
14:37I'm sorry you had to go through that.
14:38We toughed it out.
14:39Well, you also had a little teenager thing going on there, too, because you left out that right as he
14:44picked up the remote to fix it, I was like, don't do that.
14:47Don't do it.
14:47Don't do that.
14:48It's not going to go well.
14:49And he just was like, yeah, just hit the button, and then everything's buffering and searching and all of this.
14:56And I'm like, that's just like being at home.
14:59Help people not to do stuff, and then they do it anyway.
15:02This is a little bit of a repeat from earlier in the week, but I'm wearing it today.
15:07So, listen, what's bugging me is if you're going to have rules in society, let's execute them.
15:16So, Dibs, I get on BART the other day, and it's about halfway crowded, and there's, I would say, a
15:2575-pound pit bull laying, you know, on a leash with his owner right there.
15:31On the seat?
15:32No, he was on the floor, and he was cute.
15:34Don't get me wrong.
15:35And I'm a dog lover.
15:36You know that.
15:37Yep.
15:38Dogs shouldn't be there, but whatever.
15:42He's on BART, the dog, and I say to the owner, hey.
15:46Is your dog friendly?
15:47And he goes, no.
15:51That was good honesty.
15:53He said no.
15:53He didn't want it to be.
15:54And then I went, uh-oh.
15:55And he goes, well, you know what?
15:57He knows what's up.
15:59He knows who's friendly and who's not.
16:01Right.
16:02And I was like, all right.
16:03That's a no.
16:04I'm not going to be stupid.
16:06Oh.
16:07Dogs, if they're not service dogs, and I checked with Sal Castaneda, they need to be crated.
16:14On BART?
16:15Yes.
16:15If it's not a service dog, the dog needs to be crated.
16:19And I'm telling you, your boy is going to push that button one of these days to get the train
16:24engineer, and I'm going to drop dime.
16:26I'm going to be the snitch.
16:29It's no.
16:30We can't.
16:30What are we doing?
16:31Well, they have that number you can text, or you could even, like, you know, hit the emergency.
16:35Like, there's a pit bull on BART right now, and I'm terrified.
16:39But I'm with you.
16:40I don't want to drop dime on somebody like that, but I see dogs all the time on BART, and
16:45if it's a 75-pound pit bull, I'm going to another car.
16:49Yeah, I stayed a safe distance away.
16:54Right.
16:54And that's it.
16:55Because when the owner says he knows what's up, in other words, he can say, like, whatever the code word
17:01is, you know, in Game of Thrones, it was Dracarys, and the dragon would immediately, like, go fire-breathing on
17:07somebody.
17:08Oh, by the way, the word you were thinking about when you said co-vatus, you were thinking co-vatus,
17:17two Latin words.
17:18I was trying to look with a C, but anyway.
17:22Yeah.
17:22Okay.
17:23I had to throw that in.
17:23Did you ever get back to Breaking Bad, or you just never did?
17:27You know what?
17:28I'll tell you what, Dibs.
17:29Dibs, let it go.
17:30I'm going to watch.
17:31I'm going to finish it next week when nobody's at home.
17:33Okay.
17:33Nobody's at home this weekend.
17:35Yeah, Father's Day.
17:35I'm not leaving until Sunday morning.
17:37You seem like you're in kind of a Breaking Bad mood right now, so maybe you should go home and
17:41watch it now.
17:41More of a falling-down mood with those glasses.
17:43That's true.
17:44Wait, Sunday morning they're leaving?
17:46Yeah, not that early, about five.
17:49So what's the Father's Day plan?
17:51There is none.
17:51Is there a gift to them leaving?
17:54Wow.
17:55I mean, I'm not sure they've thought twice about it, to tell you the truth.
17:58I kind of got the same thing going on at my place.
18:00Solo?
18:02Christy's flying out of town to see her daughter.
18:04My daughter's in Hawaii with a friend.
18:06Are you excited at all?
18:08Or can you say it?
18:10Well, I don't know what's going to happen.
18:11It's all being left to my 12-year-old, and I don't know if he knows that this weekend is
18:15Father's Day.
18:16I'll tell you what.
18:16So, you know, whatever.
18:18I mean, it's going to go the way it's going to go.
18:21We'll see.
18:21It's all fine.
18:22I mean, just do us all a favor and just take Father's Day off the calendar.
18:27I'm with you, dude.
18:28Father's Day is, like, Mother's Day is a high holiday.
18:32Father's Day is a joke.
18:34It's like Arbor Day or Flag Day.
18:36I get my Father's Day card about 5.30 p.m.
18:39Yeah.
18:40Like, just save it.
18:41There was a year that I got a text, I'm not kidding you, at about 11, 12.
18:4612 p.m.
18:47Yeah, come on.
18:48Oh, ah, damn.
18:51Happy Father's Day.
18:52I'm like.
18:52Buzzer beater.
18:53Somebody sent an alarm.
18:55You guys.
18:56All right, check this out.
18:58I want to say hello to all of our friend, even though the three of you have not met him
19:04yet.
19:04His name is Chase.
19:06And Chase, he runs the pool bar at Silverado Resort.
19:12Okay.
19:12Which is somewhere we're all going to be.
19:14We'll be there soon.
19:15I'm liking it early.
19:16We're all visiting there shortly.
19:18And the lovely Christy and I were lucky enough to spend last weekend out at Silverado.
19:23And I want to say hello to everybody out there because we met great people.
19:27We had a ton of fun.
19:28The service was incredible.
19:30The food was incredible.
19:31The golf, the spa, everything was incredible.
19:34But my lovely lady loves to just lounge by the pool.
19:38So that was high on the list when we got there.
19:40The weather was perfect, as you guys remember.
19:42So we go out there and before we've even found a lounge, we're stopping by that bar and we're going
19:49to get a couple of drinks and we're going to get going.
19:51It's like early afternoon.
19:53And Chase is behind the bar there.
19:56And, you know, what do you guys have?
19:58And whatever I said, something with bourbon in it or whatever.
20:02And he starts to make the drinks and he looks up at me and he goes, my gosh, you look
20:09familiar.
20:10And I don't know how you guys tend to handle that.
20:13I don't I'm not comfortable with the whole like, well, you must listen to my show.
20:18Right.
20:18I just I like the first thing that I sort of say is I go, well, I've I've been out
20:23here before.
20:24You know, maybe you saw me out out here before.
20:26But my lovely Christy never lets that slide.
20:30And so she immediately goes, do you listen to sports radio?
20:35Boy, and he stops, smiles, looks at me one more time and goes, oh, are you Matt Steinmetz?
20:49Come on, Mark, no way.
20:51I thought it was Willis.
20:52This guy is such a D.
20:54Come on.
20:55I took two steps back.
20:57Oh, boy.
20:58She started absolutely just giggling out of control.
21:05And obviously, you had to bring it to him.
21:09No, I'm not.
21:10I'm not Matt Steinmetz.
21:12Am I a snob?
21:13And then when we then explained what was going on, Chase did a wonderful job and a believable
21:20one that he's like, oh, no, wait, sure.
21:23I got all the shows.
21:24Yeah.
21:25Willard and Dibs.
21:26And he said, say hi to Dibs.
21:28And then and then, you know, the morning and all that.
21:31But it's a moment that lasted.
21:33That's great, man.
21:34Actually, still to now, it's still with me.
21:36Yeah.
21:37Do you listen to sports radio?
21:38It goes, oh, my God.
21:40Ninety five seven.
21:42Great.
21:42Right.
21:42Are you Matt Steinmetz?
21:45And I mean, it was breathy.
21:47Stiney.
21:47Chase.
21:47Chase.
21:48Chase.
21:48Yeah.
21:49Chase was like he thought it was about to be that moment in his life.
21:54Willard, I got to tell you, you were halfway through and I go, this don't sound like a
21:57Willard story.
21:59The guys can recognize this.
22:01And you just turned that baby around.
22:04And it wasn't me.
22:05Goodwin was Stiney.
22:06I tell you what.
22:07Chase, whether it was out of love or guilt, Chase took care of us quite well.
22:11All weekend long.
22:13Nice.
22:13And so we appreciate that.
22:14You got to go meet him, Stiney.
22:15Chase, daddy's coming home.
22:18Daddy's coming home, Chase.
22:19Your first stop is not the first tee.
22:22It's the pool.
22:23Yep.
22:24I usually say that.
22:25You probably see me on YouTube.
22:26Yeah, yeah.
22:27I love it.
22:28I love it.
22:28Oh, my God.
22:29It reminds me of the one time I was at Grumpy's like eight years ago.
22:34Grumpy's.
22:35Wow.
22:35And it's a reopen, by the way.
22:36Gorgeous.
22:37And I'm sitting next to this guy and he was hammered.
22:41And he took a 20 off my, like I had 20 bucks on the bar, you know, and he took
22:45it.
22:45I know he took it.
22:46It was gone.
22:46It just went gone.
22:47Right.
22:48And I was like, I don't let, I was like, dude, you took my 20.
22:51And he's like, no, I didn't.
22:51I'm like, yes, you did.
22:53And I knew he did.
22:54Yikes.
22:54I just knew it.
22:55And he's like, I didn't take you, dude.
22:57I was like, yeah, you did it.
22:58And he looks at me and he goes, wait a minute.
23:03He goes, I know who you are.
23:05Oh.
23:06And I'm like, you still took my 20 bucks.
23:08I don't care if you know.
23:09I know who you are.
23:11You're Larry Cruz.
23:17And I said, and I know you took my 20.
23:21And I'm like, that was pretty good.
23:24You did him right.
23:25That was pretty good.
23:26All right.
23:26No, no, no, no, no.
23:27No, we're not done yet.
23:28Oh, boy.
23:29No, no, no, no.
23:30Okay.
23:30All right.
23:31Oh, boy.
23:32It's a retort.
23:33Steiny, can you introduce who I am so people know?
23:38I know who you are.
23:39Okay.
23:40Are you Matt Steinmetz?
23:43So my motto in life is I don't start it, but I finish it.
23:47So when someone takes a shot at me, like one of you guys just did,
23:50and what's bugging you, I've got to come back and retort a little bit.
23:53That was Dan.
23:53What's bugging me is the amount of talk that you guys do about what happens here.
24:01Yep.
24:01Heard you had a meeting with somebody yesterday.
24:04Heard someone didn't go to a meeting yesterday.
24:08I mean, what is the deal with you guys?
24:11Do you guys literally just text each other and call each other?
24:14I'm meeting with, I'm meeting with Nagy and you're supposed to meet.
24:17But we're like the NBA.
24:19It's one big sewing circle.
24:22We just gossip about everybody else.
24:25God, that's bugging me.
24:27Is it?
24:28Noted.
24:29Hey, good job on the remote, though.
24:31All right.
24:31Yeah.
24:32All right.
24:32Can I drop again that I pulled of Steiny just real quick?
24:36Come on, Granny.
24:37Am I a snob?
24:39Yes.
24:39By the way.
24:41All right.
24:42That'll do it for the Pat McAfee show.
24:44If he does a six-hour show.
24:46All right.
24:47I love you guys.
24:48Take care.
24:50There goes Matt Stimetz.
24:51That's him.
24:52I'm bugging me.
