30:46group hypnosis the reason that we're doing this is to reconnect you with parts of your mind that you
30:53may not have connected with before i wasn't sure uh like whether or not i could believe in that and

31:07is real i'd love to find out that it's real hypnotize me now what i want all of you guys

31:26pulling and drifting together there's a lot of hesitancy and also fear when it comes to hypnotherapy
31:31a lot of people get this idea that they're going to be out of control and this like some magic

31:36you know but the truth is that actually in the state of hypnosis we are more in control
31:40than we are and this is so interesting than we are in our just wakeful uh living state and the
31:47reason for
31:48that is because you're more relaxed so hypnosis actually puts you back into the driver's seat
31:54when i touch you and say sleep now you drift into the deepest state of relaxation you've ever been
31:59before sleep now
32:05sleep now drifting and floating drifting and floating it's like crazy like i just kind of like instantly
32:12like very you know you feel that yeah like relax like and then i felt like i was going further
32:18and
32:18further back and like yes you feel sleepy you feel like all i could hear was her voice
32:24and like the nature it was pretty cool like i was shocked i was actually like didn't think
32:28i would be hypnotized but yeah it really works you just made us go into ourselves
32:34when i say the number one you remember a specific time a time when you've hurt your partner
32:44so what was your verdict
32:47i don't think we were in the right in atmos environment for that to be successful because
32:54you got natalie back there she was definitely cutting off the oxygen to her brain in that exercise
33:08it was a little harder for me to concentrate because you know natalie was like having an exorcism so
33:14but for the most part i feel like the girls had were more into in tune with that than the
33:20guys were
33:21you feel refreshed revitalized and renewed in every way i actually like this exercise welcome back
33:31i have been hypnotized before i hypnotized myself so i believe in hypnotherapy a lot
33:37the thing is i haven't hypnotized josh yet but i'm preparing for major hypnotized session hopefully next
33:44year i will keep natalie josh that hard so get him to marry me have a child with me and
33:49move in with
33:50me in arizona so when he wakes up out of hypnosis he will be father with child from natalie
