00:26You know, I think seeing people's reaction to Girl Dad, you know, my label, my wife, my family, just the
00:33surprise when you see that title you did not expect was coming.
00:36And I think just the emotion behind it and how you could tell it affected people in a good way,
00:42just it made it the obvious choice to be my next radio singer.
00:45You know, I think, I hope the fans feel something when they hear this song.
00:49I think that's the reason I love country music, and this is a real life You Should Be Here moment.
00:53You know, becoming a dad and wishing Mom was here to see it.
00:57And I hope they can take something from this song and know that if they've dealt with loss, if they're
01:02going through something hard, that things can turn around and your story's not done yet.
