00:18I thought the coaches have utilized every minute we're on the field.
00:20I thought they did a great job with the practice plans and the reps.
00:23So I just felt like we were in a good space and ended on a high note
00:26and let these guys come back in late July.
00:28A lot of your golf went longer, used the full-time,

00:34was there anything extra that you saw this year that said,
00:36okay, we really felt like this is why the work was so good?
00:40We probably utilized more phase two time than we have in the past.
00:44So we've been on the field for a good amount of time
00:46and got a lot of good work in.
00:48We're not overly physical with the 11-on-11 stuff.
00:51So at some point you just reach a point of diminishing returns
00:54where you're out there and we've accomplished a lot of work
00:56and now it's time to take a break and then come back and train
00:59and keep ready to roll.

01:04Is there a reason behind you think why we're seeing that more across the league,

01:09I would guess those two specific teams are maybe reporting earlier
01:13because they get to report sooner because they play that Wednesday game.
01:16So that might have factored into theirs.
01:18I can't really speak to that.
01:20But I just know it's the right fit for us right now
01:23and I think our guys are excited.
