00:24He was detained at 4 a.m. on Monday and would be remanded to assist with investigation.
00:30The suspect also has 15 previous traffic summonses.
00:34The crash, which occurred around 4.30 p.m., resulted in the deaths of four family members.
00:40Initial investigations found the lorry, carrying metal dust, lost control on a downhill stretch
00:46before overturning and crushing a car travelling in the left lane.
00:50The car driver and three passengers, aged between 1 and 58, died at the scene while the lorry
00:56driver sustained head and hip injuries.
00:58The case is being investigated under section 41, subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act 1987.
