World Cup: England got back their jerseys, boots

Kansas City police have recovered and returned the equipment that were stolen in a theft case to the England team who said the incident had not disrupted their preparation for their FIFA World Cup Group L opener against Croatia on June 17.  A vehicle transporting the gear to England's training base at Swope Soccer Village in Kansas City was broken into, but police swiftly solved the case by arresting and charging two persons responsible for the incident. 00:51Obviously it was to do with the police so I don't know how much people know about it.

00:55We didn't know a lot about it but I've got all my kit and all my boots.

00:58So yeah, I don't think it was as big as it's been made out to be.

01:03The pre-camp that we did in West Palm was perfect.

01:05I think it was quite relaxed.

01:07It just felt like a normal camp and now that we're getting young I'm excited.

01:10I think it's when the tournament started yesterday.

01:12I think that's probably the time when it's really kicked in and going.

01:16So yeah, as I said I don't think it affects us at all.

01:19It just gives us a bit more time to have a look at the competition maybe.
