02:04I thought I got my right eye to stop watering long enough to be able to record this important
02:12video, but apparently not.
02:16My right eye is weak, the whole right side of my face is weaker due to a bout with Bell's
02:25Palsy in the past, one of my many health issues, and fibromyalgia is one of my health issues,
02:35and recently I rubbed a cream on body parts to deal with the fibromyalgia pains, and it has
02:48menthol as well as other things.
02:50I didn't clean up my hands well enough after that, and I got some of that near my right eye.
02:56And it keeps watering like great, it's burning, it's stinging, it's watering.
03:07Anyway, so we'll soldier on.
03:10This is an important video.
03:12I was recently, I'm trying to get rid of that green screen issue in the upper right corner
03:21there if you were noticing it a little fuzzy.
03:23Okay, I'm trying, logos, not logos, logos, Greek.
03:33The Greek didn't have a word for speech.
03:39I was just reminded of this by someone today, so I felt it necessary to record this temporary
03:49video exclusive, it will probably air across all my stations, audio platforms too soon.

04:31That is where our right of free speech ultimately came out of and was derived from.

04:47To speak truth.
04:49To power.
04:50We've all heard that term, right?
04:52Not speak unicorn fart fantasy delusion.
04:56And my truth.
04:58But it's my truth.

05:04And then there is your fantasy that your emotional hysterical snowflake idiocy wants to
05:12try to cling to.
05:15That's not truth that the idea of my truth.

05:21So that's the meaning of the First Amendment.
05:24You were never given a right to libel or slander or speak, to lie, cheat, steal, to commit
05:37fraud, to get ahead, to benefit yourself at the expense of all others.
05:44You have a right to speak the truth, not to commit fraud.
05:50Fraud is on our books for a reason.
05:52So is libel and slander on our books for a reason.
05:57And we've gotten so far away from that.
06:02Our right to free speech is rooted in logos.
06:08Logic, reason, truth, reality.
06:14Not fraud, libel, slander.
06:17Oh my, truth is what I prefer.
06:23No, that's not what the right of free speech was rooted in.
06:29And we've gotten long away from that.
06:33Where are the prosecutions for fraud?
06:36Where are the prosecutions for libel and slander?
06:40We have so weakened that.
06:43And even the RICO laws, racketing, what's the I?
06:54RICO, conspiracy, racketeering something, conspiracy organization.
07:01RICO laws.
07:02When people come to conspire to defraud others, that's not a right of free speech.
07:13That is fraud.
07:15That is libel.
07:16That is slander.
07:17That is punishable under the law.
07:24Even with our free speech, right?
07:26Because you have the right to speak.
07:30The truth will set you free.
07:33But yet, we've gone so far away from our foundings.
07:40The brilliance of our founders.
07:44And I myself too, I forgot the word logos.
07:49I was so happy when someone brought it up again.
07:54And the importance for this video or this show, this episode, to talk about this.

08:08I'll wipe my eye again.

08:13Bell's palsy weakened this right eye so much.
08:16And when it gets irritated and upset, it waters like crazy.
08:20Not much I can do about it.
08:23But yes, you have a right to speak.
08:27But you're expected and had always been expected to deal in truth and reality.
08:36Our justice system.
08:39And it's why, who was it?
08:41Was it Adams that defended the British soldiers regarding the Boston Massacre?
08:48Because the fog of war and confusion.
08:52We want to punish guilty.
08:55But the role of justice is to get to not social justice or, you know, my truth.
09:05No.
09:06The root of justice and everyone has the right to a defense is to get to the truth.
09:16It's reality, not fiction, not narratives, not legal maneuvered gamesmanship.
09:25Oh, well, you shot the person.
09:28We all saw you shot the person.
09:30But we're going to exclude this or that or the other thing.
09:34Yes, there are protections for the admittance or the inadmittance of certain things, whether with a warrant or not.
09:44But there are also written into the law, exigent circumstances, where a warrant is not needed.
09:52There's an impending potential of harm.
09:57If someone goes into the school and shoots up, you don't need a warrant to open their backpack because it
10:09could contain a bomb or more ammo or something that could cause further greater harm.
10:16The exigent circumstance in that situation, then you need a warrant to go search the car to go.
10:27Well, there might be exigent circumstances there even, but to search someone's home.
10:33And generally, that's not a problem.
10:36Judges are at the end of a phone now.
10:39They're not a pony ride three days to the next town over to get warrants.
10:45Instant communications so we can get a judge and get a warrant to search people's houses in a matter of
10:58a moment's time.
11:00There's no delays there anymore.
11:05But why have we forgotten all this?
11:09And, of course, the left wants it forgotten because the left are the ones, of course, what?
11:16Always peddling spin, delusion, unicorn fart fantasy.
11:23This notion that the words they said are somehow mean something different today.
11:30No, they don't.
11:32The Constitution says what it says, and it means what it says, and our founding fathers backed it up in
11:39their writings.
11:41We don't have to guess.
11:44The left wants to change depending on what the definition of it is, Bill.
11:51No.
11:51No, it doesn't.
11:54Facts are facts.
11:56Unicorn fart fantasy delusion is unicorn fart fantasy delusion.
12:01It has no place in a courtroom.
12:05You have a right to put up a legal defense of your innocence,
12:13not the right to get out of your guilt by hook and crook and tricks of underhanded legal maneuvers.
12:24That's not what any of that meant.
12:27And it all, it all goes back to, it all hinges upon logos, logic, reason, not libel, slander, and fraud.
