Have Fun Along The Way music video

[ Inspired by a Question by Noah May during our discussion my appearing with him on his MUSIC TALKS (with Noah May) Show (airs 11/11/2026 and beyond) #SoulSuckerSaga (another of my tracks and initial reason (a MusiciansToday.com piece about it) he had me on, and more. Don't let the neigh-sayers keep you from trying. Succeed. Fail. Either way TRY. Also a continuation of The Book Of Kennedy: Project Carpe Diem (book, https://tinyurl.com/LifeAndLivingSeries) saga. Also see BUTTERFLY EFFECT song and music video of it of mine. Also nod to (h/t) quasi-continuation of Roller Coaster: The Life Kind book and Rollercoasters tune (overall life will have ups and downs concept).

[intro]
Wake up and own the day
Don’t let anybody talk you out of where you’re headed
Keep your chin up, keep moving, stay in your lane
I might miss a step, might hit a wall, still I’m showing up anyway
No room for the doubters and the “you can’t” crew
I’m learning by doing, that’s what I do
Take heart, this song is saying
Believe in yourself while the world keeps playing
Carpe diem, grab the day
And don’t let anybody block your way
Just have fun along the way
Oh, have fun along the way

[Verse 1]
Sun on the counter, seize the day before I get old
Same old doubts come knocking, same old stories told
But I hear my own drumline under every noise
Gonna stand up straight and trust my voice

[Chorus]
Have fun along the way, don’t let nobody hold you back
Keep your head up high, keep rolling to your own track
This life moves fast, so don’t wait on a perfect sign
Gonna build my own road, make this moment mine

[Verse 2]
Used to hang on every word, let strangers set the pace
Now I hear a brighter sound when I look in my face
Might trip, might take a hit, might have to start again
Still I’ll meet the morning open-handed, ready when it begins

[Chorus]
Have fun along the way, don’t let nobody hold you back
Keep your head up high, keep rolling to your own track
This life moves fast, so don’t wait on a perfect sign
Gonna build my own road, make this moment mine

[Bridge]
Every wrong turn taught me something, every mile made room
Nothing grows from standing still, so I’m stepping through
Take heart, this tune is saying, don’t wait for someday
You’ve got one life in your hands, go use it today

[Chorus]
Have fun along the way, don’t let nobody hold you back
Keep your head up high, keep rolling to your own track
This life moves fast, so don’t wait on a perfect sign
Gonna build my own road, make this moment mine

[Outro]
Yeah, make this moment mine,
every single time.
