00:00Hello good people, welcome to Anime is Life and the sixth episode of Bleach Thousand Year Blood War was something
00:09epic.
00:10So the episode focuses on the battle between the head captain Genjusai Shigekuni Yamamoto and Yobahaba, exactly, sorry, Yohabaha, that's
00:30the English pronunciation of the name.
00:32And the fight appears to be actually quite one-sided surprisingly and Yamamoto activates his Bankai for the first time
00:48in a thousand years and that was the last time when he fought this Quincy King called Yohabaha.
01:00So this was like very high stakes and obviously a big selling point for the Bleach fans because this is
01:07the first time that we are going to have a look at the Bankai of Yamamoto.
01:13And his Bankai is actually really, really epic if you look at it.
01:18So what is Bankai is, is it sucks the moisture out of the entire soul society and the, you know,
01:29places are beginning to crack.
01:31And the power of his flames are concentrated in his Zanpakuto.
01:38So basically if he just touches somebody with his tip of his Zanpakuto, they are erased, they are completely erased
01:50without any sign of them.
01:54And this man, he is like really, really overpowered and he defeats the Quincy King.
02:06It looks like the Quincy King is done, but in actuality it was a decoy.
02:11It was Sternritter Y who was impersonating the Quincy King and then obviously having seen his abilities and I, and
02:27I'm assuming that a Bankai of such epic magnitude must lead to some exhaustion for Yamamoto.
02:33So what happens is, when the real King appears, basically this Yohabaha guy was actually in the underground prison where
02:49he was looking to recruit Aizen.
02:52And Aizen refused. Aizen said that was not, it does not align with his goal for whatever reason.
02:59I mean, even though he wants the destruction of the soul society, he is not looking to ally himself with
03:07the Quincy King.
03:09And the Quincy King, instead of trying to kill him, he just leaves.
03:14And the reason for that is, Aizen is, he is fused with the Hogyoku.
03:20So it would take a lot of time for the Quincy King to put Aizen out of commission.
03:27And for that very reason, he chose that it's better to walk away and rather than waste time on Aizen.
03:35And then when Yamamoto is looking to release his Bankai, when the real Quincy King shows up, it is stolen
03:43by this guy.
03:44And the episode ends with the Quincy King landing a major blow, cutting the head captain Yamamoto from his shoulders,
03:56seemingly in half.
03:58And his Bankai is stolen.
04:02And this was very, very interesting because at first I was confused that why the Quincy King, he's getting dominated
04:12completely in the battle.
04:14But then it made sense that it was actually a decoy.
04:17And the sadism of this Quincy King, I mean, he praised the Sternritter, but still he put him out of
04:25commission.
04:25He killed him with a Rishi blast and the Sternritter's leg bounced up beside this guy.
04:34This guy is a freaking maniac and I'm really looking to the next episode.
04:38I'm looking really forward to the next episode.
04:40That's it for this video.
04:41Thanks for watching.
04:43Stay safe, stay happy, take care and until next video.
