01:24And I'll explain, if you don't know who Gretchen Whitmer is, she's the governor of Michigan currently.

10:29In the video, Whitmer is wearing a Harris Waltz hat as she feeds Doritos to a kneeling podcast host.

10:37The governor says the video was meant to spotlight the 2022 Chips and Science Act, but religious groups took offense

10:43to that post.

10:44Whitmer has apologized, saying she, quote, would never do something to denigrate someone's faith.
