00:13moderates in Iran and hardliners, I think this is just nonsense. So long as this regime is in power
00:21in Iran, there will only be pauses. Iran only understands strength. It looks for space to
00:28recover. And we can, of course, provide stability for a period of time for our regional allies and
00:35for the world economy and world security. But we require continued pressure from the United
00:41States and our allies. It will not be resolved any more than, unfortunately, the situation we have
00:46in other places in the Middle East are not being resolved. They're just temporarily put on hold.
