00:00Keir Starmer's premiership is falling apart.
00:02His health secretary resigned two weeks ago.
00:04His defence secretary has resigned at a critical time
00:07when we are facing global threats.
00:09And he is doing so because the prime minister
00:12is trying to please his backbenchers
00:14by putting money into welfare instead of defence.
00:17We need to start funding defence.
00:20We need to get to 3% of GDP by the end of this parliament.
00:23I've set out some of the ways we can do that,
00:25reinstating the two-child benefit cap,
00:27a sovereign defence fund.
00:28I've explained where the money comes from.
00:30Keir Starmer has no plan whatsoever.
00:32I don't see how he can stay in this job.
00:34He can't run the country.
00:36He is paralysed because his backbenchers
00:38only want to spend money on welfare.
