00:13We need to get a grip on this.
00:15We are not able to fund our defence.
00:17The Prime Minister is going to NATO next week.
00:20He does not have a fully funded defence investment plan.
00:23Andy Burnham needs to tell us where that money is going to come from.
00:26It shouldn't come from more taxes.
00:28It should come from bringing down the welfare bill.
00:30And Conservatives actually have a plan.
00:32And I hope that he will look at the plans that we've put in place and take some of our
00:35good ideas.
