00:00Tunku Zain Al-Abidin, Tunku Muhuriz has been proclaimed the new Tunku Panglima Besar of Negeri Sembilan,

00:07replacing Tunku Nazaruddin, Tunku Jaafar with immediate effect.

01:14The proclamation was made by Yang Diputuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tunku Muhuriz, Tunku Munawih,

01:21during an official ceremony at Istana Besar Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah today.

01:26Better, dengan sukacitanya, menghuniakan gelaran pusaka putera yang empat, Tunku Panglima Besar kepada Tunku Zain Al-Abidin, Ibni Tunku Muhuriz.

01:41On June 9, Azizi Ali, keeper of the Negeri Sembilan ruler's seal,

01:46said that a proclamation declaring Tunku Nazaruddin as the 12th Yang Diputuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan

01:52meant that the Tunku Panglima Besar hereditary title had fallen vacant.

01:58Azizi said the proclamation was invalid and not recognised under the state constitution,

02:04laws and customs of Negeri Sembilan.
