00:21In a statement, he emphasised that although the political cooperation between PAS and Bersatu had ended, their friendship should not

00:28be severed.

00:29He added that the relationship between members and leaders of PAS and Bersatu would continue, stressing that unity for the

00:36sake of the Umar remained a priority.

00:39On Monday, PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang said the party's central committee had decided to put an end to its

00:46political cooperation with Bersatu.

00:48Hadi also said PAS would explore forming a new political pact in preparation for upcoming elections with the goal of

00:56uniting the Umar.
