Aaj alarm baja, body ne bola “kal chest tha, aaj thoda chill kar le”, par Day 26 ne bola — “peeche strong nahi ho, toh aage kaise chalega?” 😤

Back day hai bhai… lat pulldown ne wings ko aur open kar diya 🦅, barbell rows ne thickness ka kaam kiya, aur deadlift ne poori body ko discipline ka lecture de diya 😮‍💨🔥

Pull karte waqt sirf weight nahi, negative thoughts bhi peeche reh jaate hain.

Back kaam kar rahi hai, aur posture ke saath confidence bhi seedha khada ho raha hai 💪😈

Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai, par backbone strong ho rahi hai — kyunki jo peeche se strong hota hai, wo life ke pressure mein kabhi nahi jhukta 💯
