00:50it comes up for renewal I don't know that I'm going to renew it because to be
00:56honest with you the United States does much better hey we don't need anything

01:11Canada we have trade deficits we should have surpluses with them we don't need
01:17their cars we don't need their lumber we don't need their energy we don't need
01:20anything that they have so the primary thing that I got it was a much better
01:25deal than NAFTA much much better it was sort of a good deal but it was a great
01:30deal for one reason it gave the right to terminate a dangerous situation we don't
01:36have them anymore because they know they can't get through so when they know they
01:39can't get through they don't come and who would have thought that it comes due in
01:46my term I mean this was thank you very much so it was very important that we be
01:53able to do that so we're talking to them we'll see if we do something and you see
01:58what happens to them and they don't do it a second time they used to have
