00:00We have south-southeast winds here in Beulah, North Dakota, just to the south of Minot.
00:05And the severe storms are approaching from the southwest.
00:08You can see some beautiful mammatus up above it.
00:11The dew points really drop off with southern extent.
00:14They're about 60 even in the upper 50s down near the storm.
00:17So it is a little bit high base.
00:19There you can see the updraft base.
00:21But we expect as this convective mode gets a little bit closer to the deeper moisture near Minot,
00:26we've got about a 63 dew point in Minot that there is a chance this could develop tornado potential
00:31as it moves up into northern North Dakota.
00:34We're also watching near the surface low at far northwestern North Dakota.
00:38That supercell could lift into southeastern Saskatchewan, maybe near the Esteban area with some tornado potential.
00:44But we have got beautiful mammatus up here.
00:46Severe storm producing 1.75 inch hail.
00:49And this is going to congeal into a big line of storms that is eventually going to push through Bismarck
00:55and all the way through the Dakotas.
00:57We have a tornado watch in effect for central and eastern North and South Dakota.
01:01And also a tornado watch up into Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan from Environment Canada up there.
01:07Stay tuned to those severe weather watches and warnings from the Oklahoma Panhandle all the way up to Manitoba.
