22:26My parents did have a hard time.
22:28There weren't raised to understand that.
22:31I feel like trans was not even in their vocabulary.
22:33And so at the time, it just felt like the end of the world.
22:37Being here, I realized that it's my responsibility as well to educate them.
22:42And it took me literally 21 years to figure it out and understand it myself.
22:46And I was living it.
22:47And so the fact that I expected them to just snap instantly is so unfair.
22:52And, you know, and they've shown that they love me so much and support everything I do really fast.
22:56So I'm really proud of them.
22:58And I'm glad RuPaul sees it all.
23:00And it is fab that you are the first trans in the morning show.
23:04And it's interesting because us three, we came from the winner's circle with the hashtag.

24:13And it just shows like we're all gonna have bad days.

24:22And it really was in reality a blessing in disguise because maybe here I am in top four.
