Aaj alarm baja, body ne bola “kal back thi, aaj arms light rakhte hain”, ar Day 17 ne bola — “biceps light nahi, loud hoti hain.” 😤

Biceps day hai bhai… barbell curls ne ego ko straight line mein laa diya, dumbbell curls ne control sikhaya, aur hammer curls ne forearms tak aag laga di 😮‍💨🔥

Curl karte waqt sirf weight nahi, self-doubt bhi upar ja raha hai.

Biceps kaam kar rahi hain, aur sleeves ke saath confidence bhi tight ho raha hai 💪
