00:23Ombudsman investigators found payments for an almost 4 million peso flood control project in Kalumpit, Bulacan were released despite an
00:30unapproved disbursement voucher.
00:32It also found the government fully paid the Diskaya-owned St. Timothy Construction Corporation for dredging and embankment without any
00:39basis for the project's completion.
00:42Sarah Diskaya is detained in Cebu over a separate malversation case from an alleged 96 million peso ghost project in
00:48Davao Occidental.
00:50Meantime, Curly is still in Senate custody after he was cited in content by the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee in
00:55September 2025.
00:57Hernandez and Mendoza testified before the committee last year.
