00:32Along with Estrada, others accused are former DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan,
00:37District Engineer Manny Bulusan, District Engineer Arturo Gonzalez Jr.,
00:41and Assistant District Engineer Denriel Cesar Cortuna.
00:44This is Estrada's third time to face charges,
00:46first from a plunder case in 2001 with his father, former President Joseph Estrada,
00:51over wetting protection money, and the second in 2014 for plunder and graft over the pork barrel scam.
