00:16we've seen AI certainly evolve rapidly
00:18over the past few years.
00:19What is Salesforce's take on enterprise AI?
00:22We are moving from AI that simply analyzes data
00:25to AI that takes action.
00:27With AgentForce, we are entering the era
00:30of the agentic enterprise.
00:32It is today the fattest growing product in our history,
00:37already used by over 30,000 customers.
00:40Why?
00:41Because it solves a major pain point.
00:4340% of employee time is still wasted on low-value tasks.
00:47Today, we deploy these agents across all types of industries,
00:52from healthcare to finance,
00:54to make every single interaction smarter,
00:57and faster.
00:59So then tell us, how does Salesforce
01:00turn agentic AI into real business value?
01:03Well, everybody thinks about LLMs.
01:06The reality is that LLMs are powerful,
01:08but they are general purpose.
01:11They don't know your specific business rules
01:13or your data.
01:15Salesforce provides that business context.
01:19Our agents don't just chat.
01:21They trigger outcomes.
01:23If a strategic customer, for instance,
01:25has a shipping delay,
01:26the agent recognizes their value
01:28and applies a goodwill gesture immediately.
01:32Most importantly, we provide trust.
01:35In banking, insurance, public sector,
01:38a 5% error rate is not an option.
01:41We ensure reliability,
01:43choose strict governance,
01:44and unified data.
01:46That is how you move from a lab experiment
01:49to real business impact and scalability.
01:53Well, then what would you say this means
01:54for the future of workforce?
01:56Well, that's the key point.
01:58The mission is clear.
01:59Augment people, not replace them.
