Shoulder day hai bhai… overhead press ne strength check ki, lateral raises ne patience test ki, aur rear delts ne balance bana diya 😮‍💨🔥

Weight sirf dumbbells ka nahi, zimmedariyon ka bhi uthana padta hai.

Shoulders kaam kar rahi hain, mind automatically tough ho raha hai 💪

Zindagi abhi bhi sorted nahi hai, par structure ban raha hai — kyunki strong shoulders sirf body nahi, life ko bhi support dete hain 💯
