A predictive easter egg clue to actor Christopher Lee's role as villainous Jedi master Count Dooku in Star Wars Episodes II & III (2002-2005) may appear in 1976 horror film Land Of The Minotaur (The Devil's Men). Peter Cushing, Donald Pleasence & Luan Peters starred in this. Lee & Cushing appeared in over 20 films together in their career, including Hammer's 1958 rendition of Dracula. Donald Pleasance also has a connection to Star Wars director George Lucas in that he had a role in his 1971 directorial debut THX 1138.

You can see the reference at around 9 minutes 48 seconds into Land Of The Minotaur. There, a group of young travelers arrive to meet Father Roche (Pleasence). Note the shorts of actress Vanna Reville (Beth). It wasn't until Luan Peters (Laurie) wears the same style low cut shorts at around 38 minutes 40 seconds that I realized "DAISY DUKES" were being shown repeatedly in this film. This is the name of a style of very short cut shorts worn by women, made famous by actress Catherine Bach in The Dukes Of Hazzard TV series (1979-1985). Actor Don Pedro Colley of THX 1138 also played recurring character, Sheriff Little on The Dukes Of Hazzard.

Lee, Pleasance & Colley all have links to adaptations of James Bond as well. Pleasance was villain Blofeld in You Only Live Twice (1967). Lee portrayed another villain, Scaramanga in The Man With The Golden Gun (1974) & Colley was the embodiment of voodoo spirit Baron Samedi in unrelated horror film Sugar Hill (1974). Actor Geoffrey Holder played Samedi in the James Bond spy film Live And Let Die in 1973.

00:00We're talking about knowledge of the future in movies, YouTube channel, Easter Egg Psychic.
00:05In this video, I'll share a possible predictive Easter egg to actor Christopher Lee as Star Wars prequel villain Count
00:15Dooku.
00:16And you can see this in 1976 horror film The Devil's Men, alternatively titled Land of the Minotaur.
00:25But this cast featured Donald Pleasance, Peter Cushing, and Luan Peters.
00:30Now, Cushing and Christopher Lee worked together, often as an on-screen duo, in over 20 films between 1948 and
00:401983.
00:41These included Hammer's adaptation of Bram Stoker's Dracula in 1958.
00:48Lee, later portrayed former Jedi Master Count Dooku in Star Wars Episodes 2 and 3, Attack of the Clones in
00:592002, and Revenge of the Sith out in 05.
01:04Casting these included Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, Ian McDermott, and Samuel L. Jackson.
01:12Alright, so I mentioned Donald Pleasance as Father Roche in Land of the Minotaur.
01:18He, of course, has a connection to Star Wars director George Lucas in that he had a part in Lucas'
01:29directorial debut, 1971 science fiction film THX 1138.
01:36This was produced by Francis Ford Coppola with Robert Duvall, Don Pedro Colley, Maggie McComey, and Ian Wolfe.
01:46And now to the reference itself.
01:49You can see it starting at around 9 minutes 48 seconds in, a group of young travelers arrive to meet
01:58Father Roche.
01:59And among these, note the appearance of actress Vana Reville, who plays Beth.
02:08Now, her dress is striking, but I didn't actually put this together until later on in the movie,
02:16when I saw actress Luan Peters' character Lori, who dons the same style attire.
02:24You can see her at about 38 minutes 40 seconds.
02:30Both of these characters wear very short-cut shorts.
02:34In America, this style of apparel picked up the nickname.
02:40These are called Daisy Dukes.
02:41The name is an ode to the type of shorts worn by actress Catherine Bach's character in the Dukes of
02:50Hazzard country action comedy TV series,
02:55which broadcasts on CBS between 1979 and 1985.
03:01Cast in this, Tom Wopat, John Schneider, Denver Pyle, James Best, Sorrel Book, and Waylon Jennings.
03:09Now, there's another link between Dukes of Hazzard and THX 1138,
03:16and this involves actor Don Pedro Colley.
03:20He played recurring character Sheriff Little in Dukes.
03:25He was Robert Duvall's partner on his breakout of the future dystopian society in THX 1138.
03:35He played hologram SRT 5752.
03:40My YouTube channel is Easter Egg Psychic.
03:42There I go back and look at movies and television from the past.
03:46I analyze these for possible references to future media.
03:49These may appear in the form of anecdotes, idioms, anagrams.
03:53Hidden in the subtext of the work in question,
03:56I also use an unconventional method where I look at the likenesses of the actors.
04:03And what I've found is you can take the likenesses,
04:06match these up to some of the anecdotal items,
04:08and show past, present, and future information about actors
04:13and other personalities that may resemble the personalities
04:16in the movie or television episode that you're watching.
