00:00so another thought here is that uh with with track two and potentially you know where and
00:08when that would air i think we're all very familiar how track one works with network
00:13coverage taking it on the weekend on saturday and sunday so let's talk about what potentially
00:19could happen if you have these crossovers between these track one and track two events
00:23so i think a fear that you would have is that you would split your audience now it wouldn't be
00:29a
00:2950 50 split but even if you take viewers away from your premier product that doesn't seem like a good
00:35business model uh for the pj tour who relies heavily on good ratings and would you be a person that
00:43would flip it on uh you know name the event on golf channel to to watch an x event that's
00:49more
00:49interesting that has a better uh enticing leaderboard or a golf course you like or you you know somebody
00:55who's in the field you'll want to watch them versus a cam young seven shot lead runaway at doral
01:00that's happening on it's like oh you know actually i kind of like sports that are close i'm gonna go
01:04flip it on there the other thing i want to mention too is that you know brian roll app coming
01:09from
01:09the nfl and and being a person who dealt uh with all these different networks and really expanded
01:15uh the nfl's reach going to many different uh streaming services like netflix and amazon and
01:22and of course like the peacocks of the world of uh and cbs i'm sure with paramount has gotten involved
01:28in that whole streaming uh universe with the nfl but now when you think about brian roll up on what
01:34he potentially could do for the pga tour on that note this screams to me that these track two events
01:40could potentially have an amazon or netflix come in and sponsor these events to continue to grow the reach
01:47overall reach of the pga tour um so that that's something that interests me but are you splitting
01:53your audience a little bit trying to draw away from your premier products that would be the one
01:57question i would have there i think it's i think you're dead on and i think that a lot of
02:02this is
02:02going to be sort of a trial balloon it's like you know the the reality of the world we live
02:07in is that
02:08the you know it used to be that espn was this behemoth that you know printed money through local
02:13rights you know carriage fees and then as the the linear television model change is shifted and
02:19evolved that's not the case anymore and the and the competitors that are entering the space like
02:24the amazons and netflix have much deeper pockets right and so i wouldn't be shocked if you know
02:30brian roll up went back to an executive he has a great relationship with from his days the nfl and
02:35said
02:35hey what do you think about taking you know some of the some of the it's behind the prime paywall
02:40whatever you have to have a subscription but let's just see how it's what it's like to produce golf on
02:45this platform and see what we like and we don't like and then guess what next time there's a a
02:49rights
02:49deal that's up you know there are multiple competitors
