Lilz Cortes, from Taylors Hill, Australia, shared the clip explaining that she is Samoan and her cousin is married to an African man who wanted to train with her.
With a background in heavy weightlifting, Lilz confidently deadlifted the weight before her cousin’s husband stepped in to try it himself.
The video shows him attempting the lift before immediately losing balance and falling backwards in a dramatic fail.
The unexpected gym moment left viewers replaying the clip over and over.
