Watch the wholesome moment a young man politely asks a woman at the gym to teach him how to deadlift and she says yes.
Sherein Abdelhady, a 28-year-old online fitness coach and physical therapist, from New York, USA was working out at LA Fitness when a fellow gym-goer, Julian, approached her.
He asks if she can teach him how to deadlift!
In the video, Sherein happily agrees and gives him a step-by-step lesson starting from how to clear the bar, find his stance, and grip the ground properly.
Sherein filmed the interaction herself and later shared it online, where viewers praised the supportive gym moment and her willingness to help.
