Watch as a late-night workout takes a sudden turn when a bench press setup fails mid-lift.
Lukas Sharrock, an online fitness coach from Boston, UK captured the moment while training with his best friend in a basement home gym.
The video shows one friend lifting weights on the bench while the other stands nearby, spotting him. As the lift begins, the setup suddenly gives way, causing the bar to drop unexpectedly.
Despite the scare, the moment ends without serious injury.
The clip was shared online where one user commented: "That dumb bell was NOT holding his part in this lift"
Another added: "Looks like the bench wasn’t locked in correctly."
