Using a special canned ingredient, these homemade burgers are rich with umami flavor. Topped with manchego cheese, lemon-garlic mayo, and another helping of anchovies, these burgers yield so much flavor with minimal ingredients.

00:02Here's what you do.
00:03Mix the anchovies into the ground beef,
00:05then form your patties.
00:06Pan over medium heat, five to seven minutes on one side.
