Oregon Ducks Coach Dan Lanning discusses players continuing to improve after big seasons. Lanning talks about players such as Running Back Dierre Hill, Wide Receiver Dakorien Moore, and Wide Receiver Jeremiah McClellan and how they made an impact but they need to continue to improve.

00:04last year a lot of the players just talked about how getting some other players that didn't have
00:09much experience kind of up to the oregon standard this year especially in the trenches when you're
00:13returning a lot of experience how will that competition during spring practice be able to
00:19kind of impact start of the season this fall yes this program is built on competition right and
00:24that'll be you know a huge piece for us moving forward how does the air and decorian build off
00:34such such successful first years and just what's that jump you see a one-year player take typically
00:40do a second year in the program yeah i mean i think you've seen it within our program for several
00:45guys
00:45before um you know whether that's you know jeremiah mcclellan this past season like it's it's up to
00:50them they got to go attack the work and they got to know that they're not the best version of
00:53themselves yet so you know guys like decorian guys like dear all those guys that were able to make
00:57an impact you know this year brandon finney like that's that's a big piece of them right that's
01:02what they have to be intern internally and intrinsically motivated to go improve and you
01:06know i think those guys are wired the right way to do that
