Philly Homicide Season 2 Episode 5
Transcript
00:10she really was a light to be around Rachel taught elementary and middle school as her
00:17students were navigating life they knew they could go to her she was in line to order food
00:25when somebody came up and fired shots into the car this beautiful school teacher from
00:31Philadelphia who would want to go after this woman and why I wondered why he had this deep
00:36sense of guilt this case it was a conspiracy I want you to be honest you had nothing to do
00:45with this this was not a carjacking we don't believe it's a robbery someone actually meant
00:51to kill Rachel King in 2023 Philadelphia is rocked by the shooting of a beloved school teacher caught
01:17on camera in homicide cases video evidence can be a goldmine but it doesn't always give you the full
01:23story of what happened and why as detectives look into the footage they discover the motive
01:29behind the killing is every bit as cold-blooded as the murder itself
01:41it's the morning rush in Elkins Park kids are going to school and two Philadelphia police officers
01:49were coming across the street to grab some breakfast the officers are approached by this woman and she
01:57says there's been a shooting in the parking lot of the Dunkin Donuts the officers go to check out this
02:03car that was seemingly in the line of the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru as they approach the car they see
02:14that a
02:14woman was shot the woman's dead and very quickly they realize there's an 11 year old boy in the backseat
02:22and they pull him out and get him away and he's hysterical because his mother had just been shot
02:28the boy tells police his mother is 35 year old Rachel King
02:42had Tuesday I'm in South Philadelphia just on my morning walk and my phone rings it was my nephew he
02:54said
02:54mommy's been shot and he's crying the next voice that I hear is the police officers then they said Rachel
03:03Rachel has been shot and she is not responsive the police said we're taking your nephew we're going to the
03:10station
03:11I just am feeling very overwhelmed I'm just like someone needs to get to this child and in those next
03:19couple of moments I call it my parents
03:23Riana said Rachel been shot she's unresponsive so I hop in the car as I'm driving I am praying
03:32I wasn't even allowing myself to believe she was gone
03:44as Rachel's family rushes to the police station detectives Gregory Henry and Ryan Murray head to
03:50the crime scene in Elkins Park the information man was very limited this is that there was a homicide
04:01when we got there numerous officers from both Philadelphia and Sheldon hammer on the scene we
04:07could see the victim's car a black Ford edge at the back where you pull into the drive-thru lane
04:12did it
04:12come to rest on a concrete and landscape median I could see several bullet holes in the driver's side
04:22the female was deceased inside the car there were six fire cartridge casings that would already been
04:31marked that were on the driver's side Duncan Donuts it's in the middle of the shopping center on
04:40Sheldon Ham Avenue it's quite busy there it was rush hour so one of our first thoughts was he could
04:47have
04:47been a road rage incident could it's been a carjacking that went wrong was a robbery that went wrong it
04:57was
04:57still too early and we didn't want to rule anything out as Rachel's body is removed from the scene and
05:04taken to the medical examiner's office detectives speak with witnesses from the information we gathered
05:10she was in line to order food when somebody came up and fired shots into the car the shooter and
05:18ran
05:18back to a silver sedan got into the driver's seat and then exited the shopping center onto Sheldon Ham Avenue
05:28in talking with the eyewitnesses they provided a description of a black male he was thin maybe
05:35between five nine and six foot and he had a hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head the hoodie was
05:42enough to cover his face so nobody really got a good look at this guy but there are traffic cameras
05:54there are numerous businesses so we sent officers to all the shopping centers to get the video from
06:02the Dunkin Donuts all the other business open the decision was made at that point that I would meet
06:07with the family at the station Rachel's family tries to maintain a strong front for her son at this point
06:17in
06:17time we still don't know the details other than she shot and she's dead we hadn't told him that his
06:24mother had passed I just scoop him up and just you know put him in my lap and I just
06:31hold him
06:34detective Henry was the first member of law enforcement that I had genuine conversation with
06:42during this time road rage was happening more and more and I said this is what it had to be
06:49you couldn't know Rachel and do that
07:01Rachel was one of five children and she was my little lamb
07:09she was the smallest but big personality very loud voice she really was a light to be around
07:20on those days where things were really hard she was like you can do this like you got this get
07:27back out
07:29there Rachel taught elementary and middle school I think Rachel's passion for teaching came from the
07:37part of her that just desires to help people and see people be and do well as her students were
07:46navigating life and needed any number of things they knew they could go to her she had a particular
07:53student whose family was struggling mightily financially and Rachel began to purchase things
08:01for this student and the family her willingness to put herself out there for the kids that she cared
08:08about made her loom large in my eyes it's clear Rachel was loved by everyone which presents detectives
08:17with a puzzle it didn't appear Rachel had any enemies didn't seem like anybody who wanted to hurt her
08:23everybody was asking that question why who we also had an eyewitness who was right there who was in the
08:34car
08:35unfortunately it was an 11 year old who had just watched his mom be killed he said that it happened
08:41really fast his ears are still ringing from the gunshots I've been in situations like this before
08:49whenever a child is your primary witness it's tough the last thing you want to do is retraumatize them by
08:56repeatedly asking them what happened so detectives are going to proceed with as much sensitivity as they
09:02possibly can it was decided to take Rachel's son to mission kids to get any further details that he might
09:10have witnessed or know about mission kids is a child advocacy center and that's where children who
09:19are victims of crimes or witnesses to crimes will be interviewed when they do the interviews their
09:25forensic interviewers handling that and forensic interviewers are trained in how to talk to kids in
09:32age-appropriate ways and it's a safe space for a child the interview at mission kids is scheduled for
09:41later that afternoon as Rachel's family leaves the station new evidence comes in at this point we have
09:49some preliminary video of the actual crime happening as well as the moments after it we watched the video
09:56from the Dunkin Donuts at that point we could see what appeared to be a mercury stable right through
10:03the shopping center and had parked maybe 50 to 70 yards behind Rachel King's car it appeared that our
10:11shooter had followed the victim into the shopping center we could see a person walk up and approach Rachel
10:18King's car from behind raise his right hand and fire several shots into the car there was no argument no
10:29attempt to get in the car he just walked right up fired and then ran back to his car he
10:36appeared to be the
10:37only person in his car there wasn't a getaway driver or anything like that this was not a carjacking we
10:44don't believe it's a robbery we believe it was a targeted homicide someone actually meant to kill
10:50Rachel King who could possibly want to hurt the schoolteacher who would want to go after this woman
10:55and why coming up not too long before Rachel's death there was an argument could either one of these men
11:08have an interest in seeing Rachel dead once we saw the car receipt that painted the picture that maybe
11:17we had a conspiracy here after Rachel King is shot to death while waiting in line at a Dunkin Donuts
11:34drive-thru detectives review surveillance footage of the crime what they see convinces them her murder
11:40wasn't a random act of violence she was the target she was shot and killed on purpose we have the
11:52shooting
11:52on film so we know the person driving that car is our murderer and we knew the car involved but
11:59most of
12:00the video angles were from a distance they weren't close enough to capture a license plate we had
12:08great shots of the front of the car but in Pennsylvania only required to have license plates on the back
12:13of
12:13the car so that was not helpful in the video we noticed that the car had passed several school buses
12:21the school buses now have cameras on them specifically to watch for people who are running the stop sign at
12:26the school bus detectives are hoping one of those school bus cameras got a clear shot of the shooters
12:32license plate if we get the full plate we can run the tag see who the owner of the car
12:39is and go from
12:40there so now it's a matter of locating the right bus and get the camera and information from that bus
12:45also
12:46we were trying to find out why this happened trying to get a motive at that point me and Ryan
12:52started
12:52doing interviews to try to gather more information about who Rachel was and who any possible suspects
12:58may be detectives Henry and Murray head to Rachel's apartment in Limwood Gardens to meet with her family
13:06they need to find out more about her personal life after speaking with some of the family we learned
13:13that Rachel's son's father and Rachel had a difficult relationship in relationship to Rondo Hunt family members
13:22said there was some bad blood she met her son's father in undergrad and they did not end up staying
13:29together I didn't particularly care for him he seemed moody and aloof I remember when Rachel first told me
13:39she was pregnant she was excited she loved being a mom but Rondell wasn't faithful in executing his duties and
13:49taking care of childcare and that was disappointing for Rachel for several years he was completely absent
13:58from his son's life like nothing didn't show up at all around 2021 when their son was nine years old
14:10Rondell suddenly re-entered the picture Rachel called me and just said that he had reached out to her and
14:17was
14:18just like I want to be more involved in our son's life I think Rachel tried for the sake of
14:26their son but he
14:28was not very respectful of Rachel not too long before Rachel's death there was an argument to the point where
14:43if she
14:44she discontinued a phone call and he continued to message her via text their son saw one of the texts
14:53and he messaged his father on his own phone do not disrespect my mom like that
15:03as we're learning more about Rondell it certainly became apparent that he was a person we were going to
15:09need to speak with sooner rather than later as cops discover more details about Rachel's private life
15:16another potential suspect emerges we also found out she had been in relationship with William Hayes for
15:24several years William Hayes was 37 years old he worked with kids that needed educational support and he
15:33also lived in the Linwood Gardens apartment complex he seemed like a very polite young man very respectful
15:45both to Rachel and to me after the family notified William about her death William rushed over to console them
15:53it was difficult to fathom William Hayes having anything to do with this even remotely but they kept talking about
16:04feeling like in some way that he was responsible and I didn't understand that I wondered why he had this
16:12deep sense
16:13of guilt a lot of times cases like these are domestic in nature so police had to figure out could
16:21either one of these men
16:22have an interest in seeing Rachel dead
16:28when we met William he was very distraught about Rachel during that interview he explained his relationship
16:35with Rachel it was good now but it was a little rocky at some point uh they had broken up
16:42got back together
16:43a couple times William Hayes did tell police about a woman that he had been seeing in addition to Rachel
16:51her name was Julie G they all lived in the same apartment complex and William did admit to going
17:01out with both Julie and Rachel at the same time his explanation his relationship with Julie was uh
17:07strictly sexual in December of 2022 he had broken it off with Julie Jean told her he was committed to
17:16Rachel he wanted to make that work and she did not take it well
17:36hours after Rachel King is murdered her boyfriend William Hayes makes a confession to police
17:44he had had a 10 months long sexual affair with Julie Jean and it was overlapping the time that he
17:52was dating
17:52Rachel King
17:55in December of 2022 he decided that it's time to cut Julie loose and stay with Rachel
18:03Julie did not take that well in his opinion we take all the notes but in our mind we're thinking
18:13we know
18:13it's a male shooter and there's nothing at the scene to indicate that there was a second person involved
18:22William provided an alibi that he went to work that morning the cell phone records actually verified he
18:30was where he told us he was detectives turned their focus to Rachel's ex Rondell that day we're able to
18:38get in touch with Rondell and he did agree to come into our police station they seemed annoyed about
18:46having to sit down and talk with us he did admit to having a strained or a difficult relationship with
18:53Rachel there did seem to be some anger issues but mostly over Rachel wanted him to step up more and
19:02I
19:02believe Rondell thought he was doing the best he could do even though they weren't on good terms
19:07Rondell insists he had nothing to do with Rachel's murder he was employed as a rideshare driver with a
19:14couple companies we were able to confirm that he was working at the time of the shooting and that
19:22he was not anywhere in the area so both men in the life of Rachel King were cleared pretty quickly
19:31looking into Rachel's background she didn't know any money no criminal history nothing in her
19:39background stood out it's like someone would want this person dead detectives are hoping Rachel's son
19:46might be able to provide some more leads we wanted to find out what he witnessed if he recognized the
19:52person and anything that was pertinent to this case but mission kids were not in the room with the child
19:59being
19:59interviewed or with the forensic interviewer both detective Henry and I were able to be there by zoom we can
20:06ask the interviewer to ask additional questions but the whole idea is to not influence what he saw one way
20:13or the other
20:15tell me everything that you could see of this man he was wearing all black he was wearing a hood
20:24he was
20:25able to provide a description of the shooter which was consistent with the witnesses and the video that
20:32we've collected he did not recognize the person who shot his mother so again we're focusing on the
20:43person driving that car after his interview was over Rachel's family takes her son home and finally
20:53breaks the devastating news he was in his bedroom lying on his bed and we told him that his mother
20:59didn't
21:02make it and of course he cried and he kept saying but why why why did he do this to
21:12my mom
21:14me and it it ripped my heart even further because I couldn't give this 11 year old boy an answer
21:32to the worst thing he
21:35he had ever experienced all I could do was hold him while the shooters identity remains unknown more
21:49information comes in on the car involved the school district was able to go back and pull video from the
21:56busses that were on Cheltenham Avenue one of those buses was able to capture
22:07some images of the shooters license plate not the full license plate but we had a couple digits
22:14it was decided that we would release some still photographs of the car to all the news agencies in
22:19the area maybe get somebody from the public's help that they knew the car maybe they knew the person
22:23police found these images of that car they think the killer was in the DA says King was targeted
22:29news traveled on this one pretty quickly by late afternoon they got that image out pretty fast
22:35if you know anything about this case maybe you were here in the Melrose shopping center early this
22:40morning around 7 40 you may have information that can help police and find King's killer
22:47dead on the five o'clock news within an hour or so we got a phone call from a Philadelphia
22:53homicide
22:53detective he told us that he was investigating a homicide that occurred in Philadelphia on April 7th
23:00and their suspect had a car that was very similar to the car we were looking for
23:08Philadelphia investigators said there was some type of argument around this bar called Old York cold
23:14beer that spilled out into the street their suspect ended up pulling out a gun and shooting this guy
23:21killing him and then jumping into a silver sedan and taken off the Philadelphia Police Department had
23:30been looking for that car since the 7th of April they provided us with the tag and it was matching
23:37up
23:37with like the partial tag that we had been able to pull from the video so far and well if
23:43you please
23:44were able to provide the name of their suspect it's the key alakeem at that point we start doing our
23:56homework doing a workup on who was the key alakeem and to find out what we can know about him
24:03the key alakeem
24:05the 34 year old black male physically he did fit the description of the person we were looking for he
24:13didn't have a permanent address at least that we knew of no close family we learned he had extensive
24:19criminal history drug dealing some theft but nothing overly violent he already killed somebody else so
24:28now we're thinking is he just a hitman like or is he a psychopath what is his link to Rachel
24:34King this
24:35beautiful schoolteacher from Philadelphia why would he want to go up to her car and shoot her
24:52by early evening on the day of Rachel King's murder detectives are eyeing a suspect in her death
24:58Zaki al-Hakim it's a new name to us we don't see anything connecting him to our victim
25:09so we're anxious to interview him to find out what may have been the link that evening
25:17Zaki's car gets spotted by a police officer in Philadelphia and he tries to take off hits a pole
25:25crashes the car we were subsequently notified they fell off the homicide that he was in custody
25:40and that they were going to interview him first thing in the morning April 12th and that we will
25:44be able to interview him after that so we were ecstatic that we think we got our guy
25:56so that morning we knew that we had to wait probably till at least afternoon to interview
26:01Zaki al-Hakim Brian Murray and I decided to run down this license plate we had we're trying to
26:08figure out who owns the car how did it end up in Zaki's hands it had come back to where
26:15elder
26:16gentleman lived in Cheltenham Township he told us that he had sold the car traded it in at a local
26:22dealership the dealership had sold at an auction and so detectives were able to find the person who
26:29bought it at that auction and it took them back to a place called Larry's alignment the owner said he
26:36sold the mercury for $1,500 on March 30th I asked him if he could produce the receipt for us
26:42but the
26:43owner doesn't really have any computers he's got everything written down on on paper receipts
26:50as the owner searches for the receipt detectives get word that Philadelphia police are wrapping up
26:55their interview with Zaki I called my boss and said then someone to this address to get the receipt
27:02in any video so at that point Ryan Murray and myself continue to Philadelphia homicide to interview
27:22he didn't seem overly concerned he wasn't upset he wasn't angry he had kind of a very flat demeanor
27:39his story was that he was at his cousin Prairie Madison's that morning and he took the train up
27:46to Kensington to sell drugs and he was there till 12 o'clock while we're doing the interview we're
27:54getting information from the other detectives who were at that Larry's alignment they had watched video
27:59from March 30th and they could see a white Audi SUV pull-up a female and a male get up
28:06they talk to
28:07the owner of the car they then go and complete the sales of the car the male his description was
28:15very
28:15similar to Zaki Alakim once we started questioning about the car he admitted he bought the car a couple
28:30weeks ago but he said that no one else was there and then we received a text of the sales
28:37receipt once we
28:40saw the car receipt that painted the picture that maybe we had a conspiracy here the name of the buyer
28:49was Julie Jean that to me was our big aha moment that was now the length of Rachel King
29:01William Hayes is how Julie Jean and Rachel King came to know each other William Hayes was dating Rachel
29:10King he was also having an affair with Julie Jean when William spoke with police he mentioned Julie Jean
29:18and the affair but at the time police were looking for a male but just because Julie Jean wasn't there
29:27at
29:27the crime scene that day doesn't mean she didn't have a role in carrying out Rachel's death and so now
29:33police have to figure out what that role was how did she know this man did she pay him this
29:40is a mother
29:41who was murdered you want to make sure that you don't mess up that case because you only get one
29:47shot at a homicide conviction
30:01with Zaki Alakim in custody new evidence suggests he didn't act alone he's part of a murder plot to kill
30:08Rachel King we're pretty confident that Zaki Alakim is the shooter and we now believe that Julie Jean
30:14has maybe set this in motion so we have to prove that
30:21detectives dispatch colleagues to locate Julie and they cut right to the chase with Zaki
30:35we showed him the sales receipt at that point he admitted he knew Julie Jean he said he ran into
30:47her
30:47and she offered to buy the car for him because he couldn't legally get it titled because he didn't
30:52get her driver's license we did try to get him to admit that he was involved in the murder but
31:02he
31:02was still claiming he was nowhere near the scene of the shooting on the morning of the 11th
31:11detectives don't have enough to charge Zaki with Rachel's murder but Philadelphia police are able
31:16to take a step forward in their investigation his phone was collected by the Philadelphia Police
31:22Department after his arrest and they were going to do the download and get the information to their
31:28investigation once they were finished with that we could do our forensic examination of the phone for
31:34our job as they wrap up their interrogation with Zaki detectives get word that Julie Jean has been
31:43brought in brought in for questioning I'm sorry what is this in reference to this is in reference to a
31:48homicide that occurred a homicide yes so immediately after when we were done with the interview Lala Keem
31:56he went back to the Cheltenham PD hear from the other detective that interviewed Julie Jean to which he had
32:02to
32:07say so we're just gonna cut to the chase Rachel's murder what was it today yesterday morning she said she
32:16did not
32:16know that Rachel had died that she was unaware of that when she was asked if she knew Zaki she
32:25admitted to
32:25knowing Zaki as a friend of her children's father Perry Madison what is his phone number I don't have his
32:34number
32:34did you guys buy the car I didn't buy the car so you are saying that you weren't there when
32:41he purchased the car and drove it off a lot
32:42no you're telling me I want you to be honest you had nothing to do I had nothing to do
32:48with this okay
32:50detectives don't have enough information to charge Julie with a crime so they release her but she did
32:58provide her phone to the detectives it was downloaded for examination and we did a little digging into Julie
33:07Jean Julie Jean was a mom of three in her mid-30s single mom lived originally in Philadelphia moved to
33:16Linwood Gardens she was working at Temple University Hospital she was an LPN there there's nothing really
33:26particularly outrageous in Julie's background so if Julie Jean assisted in this what made this seemingly
33:33normal everyday person capable of this type of crime that was our job to figure it out
33:43detectives re-interview William Hayes and he reveals new details about his affair with Julie
33:49after they broke up he said she would show up outside his apartment block his car and things along those
33:55lines and she began to text Rachel and she kind of outed him about the relationship he had taken out
34:02not long before the murder a protection from abuse order against Julie Jean that would keep her away
34:09from him and from Rachel that to me was our big ahamo the key had no motive to directly kill
34:17Rachel King
34:18Julie Jean did she decided if she couldn't have William Hayes somebody had to pay for this that somebody was
34:28Rachel King so that was our theory when you do homicides you only get one crack so you got to
34:36be sure you have to have everything lined up
34:39once the key was arrested and charged for homicide in Philadelphia we knew there's no bail in Pennsylvania for first
34:46-degree murder so we didn't have to rush our arrest warrant
34:50let's let's get their call detail records back let's go through both their cell phone analysis it's about building it
34:57to the point that we're satisfied and that we can arrest both of them
35:03we knew there's other things we could work on we were hoping to find the murder weapon Philadelphia did
35:11searches for it also but unfortunately we didn't have it
35:19but we knew Philadelphia had numerous fired cartridge cations from nursing and we had six fired in our scene
35:26so we asked Philadelphia if we could run through the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network it's run by the ATF
35:35and they match which leads us to believe the same gun was used in both crimes as we're looking at
35:45the key
35:46we're feeling very confident that this is further links to bury him now we have to prove that Julie Jean
35:53assisted in this
36:02the ensuing days we get the cell phone records so while going through both their cell phones along
36:08with their cell phone records we found that on February 14th Valentine's Day Julie Jean contacted Prairie
36:15Madison and he provided her Zacchae's contact information on that day she talked to Zacchaeella Jean for 14 minutes
36:25it seemed like Valentine's Day was a trigger
36:29days after that Zacchae's phone had a screenshot of Linwood Gardens with a red line and an X at Rachel's
36:41apartment
36:44on February 25th Zacchae sent her a location and her phone moved to that same area so we figured this
36:52was their first meeting there was a picture that was taken with Zacchae's phone a female's hand holding
36:59a cell phone with a picture of Rachel King on the screen of the phone we believe that's Julie Jean
37:04holding her
37:05phone the covering and everything was consistent with her phone so Julie's giving him the target
37:15there's a photo of a gun we find on his phone that was taken on March 16th that day it
37:23appears that he
37:24and Julie met up on H Street in Philadelphia her bank records indicated that she took $500 out from
37:32an ATM that led us to believe that Julie had gone with Zacchae and helped him purchase that gun at
37:39that
37:39location on March 30th both their cell phones then traveled to West Philly where this car is purchased
37:51on the day of the murder Zacchae's phone set was in the Linwood Gardens apartments and he begins
37:57following Rachel King from there when she pulled into the Dunkin Donuts she was in line this is when
38:03he took the opportunity to park his car run up on her and ambush her and that's how the pieces
38:13all start
38:14coming together because while Julie did not physically commit the murder she is just as responsible she
38:22planned it with him this was a jealous jilted ex-lover and she hired somebody to take out the woman
38:32that
38:32was in her way based on looking at their phones and their phone records we think we have enough to
38:39charge them both with conspiracy and murder 13 days after Rachel King's murder detectives have the proof
39:00they need to arrest both her killers Julie Jean and Zacchae Alakim were charged with first degree murder third
39:08degree murder and conspiracy to commit first and third degree murder additionally Zacchae was charged with
39:18weapons offenses as well with Alakim is my formality there's already in custody in Philadelphia and Julie
39:26Jean was arrested coming out of her sister's house for Rachel's family it's the moment they've been
39:31waiting for I was not aware of this other woman there was that part of me that was annoyed and
39:39also
39:39wondering why William had not said anything but knowing that the arrests were made and that there was no bail
39:46it was a huge relief Julie Jean and Zacchae Alakim both plead not guilty to the charges and the case
39:57heads
39:57to trial with any case with more than one defendant we have the option you can try it together try
40:03them
40:04separately this case it was a conspiracy it was a team effort trying them separately wouldn't have made sense
40:16but Julie Jean and Zacchae Alakim they didn't ever appear to talk to each other Julie especially offered
40:24no emotion juries want to hear from every witness and we were fortunate that at trial Rachel's son's
40:34testimony came in through an interviewer from Mission Kids instead of having him testify because even though he
40:41had been there I can't imagine having put him on the stand having to relive watching his mom be killed
40:53on March 21st 2024 the jury begins deliberations in less than an hour they return with a verdict
41:00Zacchae Alakim and Julie Jean are both found guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit
41:07murder they're each sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole when that verdict
41:15came I began to weep it felt like they had lifted the courthouse off of me it was this part
41:25of the
41:26nightmare has ended I know we couldn't bring Rachel back but I thought we got a measure of justice for
41:33them
41:33that maybe they could start filling in the hole that was left I cannot wait to hold that little boy
41:38and tell him that the people who murdered his mother have been held accountable
41:47Rachel left a legacy of love and of kindness
41:52her son he's doing remarkably well he is continually kind and thoughtful
42:00and he is deeply loved
42:06when Rachel passed away she was teaching seventh and eighth grade
42:11so we are beginning this scholarship fundraising now in 2025 because her last eighth grade class
42:18they will be the first to graduate and that will be in 2027
42:24and we want to raise money to be able to provide as many scholarships as we can to help them
42:31that will make a difference in their families
42:38in their neighborhood
42:42in their city
42:44in their world
42:47and Rachel King will have had a hand in they
42:51that
42:51in them
42:55you
42:58you
43:00you
