00:21Maari umano itong makaapekto sa food security ng bansa at kita ng mga nasa agriculture sector.

00:28Ayon kay Agriculture Secretary Francisco T. Laurel Jr., mahalagang makapaglatag na ng mahakbang para maibsan ang epekto ng El Niño

00:38sa mga magsasaka at mga manging isda.

00:41Kabilang sa mga ipinatutupad na hakbang ay ang cloud seeding, deployment ng solar-powered irrigation systems,

00:49pag-adjust ng planting calendar at pagpapatupad ng crop diversification programs sa mga magsasaka.
