00:00It's Byron Bay's newest dining hotspot and you can only get in with the press of a button.
00:05This is Foo, a French-inspired fine dining restaurant that Chris Hemsworth has already
00:11labelled his favourite in the world. Of course, I had to make sure it was worth the hype.
00:16Enter into an intimate, exclusive-feeling space and enjoy front-row seats to the culinary
00:20masterwork of Foo's kitchen. Make a selection from the establishment's wine cellar,
00:25which stores more than 1,600 bottles at any one time. Then, be prepared for your dinner to become
00:32a full experience. At Foo, you don't pick the meals, you pick the ingredients and the rest is done for
00:38you. Enjoy three, five or seven courses. Caviar, beef, truffle, fig, pork, all of it, plus something
00:45sweet. You won't just be served food, you'll be shown the process, invited to try new flavours and
00:51watch the finishing touches be made right in front of you. After feasting, accept an invitation into
00:57Foo's hidden bar, Blind Tiger. But like any good secret, I can't show you that yet. You'll have to
01:03see for yourself.
