00:00If you're drunk and causing a scene, it doesn't matter where you sit. You got to relax.
00:04We're in a metal tube in the air. You can't be doing that.
00:06It's a little too early to order a drink when you're boarding.
00:09Somebody was boarding onto the plane and literally said,
00:11I'm going to do a double whiskey on the rocks. There's a whole flow.
00:14We get up in the air, we come out with beverage carts. Now it's time to order drinks.
00:18Yes, I've had to cut someone off. It's an unfortunate day for all of us.
00:22If you can't control your drinking and you're like slurring your words or kind of making a scene,
00:28you have to be cut off.
00:30I've caught people trying to consume their own alcohol on board the aircraft,
00:34which is like a federal offense as well, because we can't track how much alcohol you've consumed
00:40prior to serving you alcohol. So if you bring your own alcohol on board,
00:42we can't keep track of how many beers you've had, how many mixed drinks you might have made yourself.
00:47And then when you request something from us, it could put you over the legal limit.
