00:00sort of at the start of the trip I'd just gone and done parts of South Australia and then gone
00:04I started my way across the Nullarbor and Bundercliffs is one of the most beautiful
00:10places you're on the edge of the earth you feel like you're on the edge of the earth
00:13right at the bottom of Australia and I got to the roadhouse a little bit late and I was like
00:20oh I
00:21was just starting out so I was a little bit more I guess scared and just a bit cautious and
00:27then I
00:28met these two couples that were like no no come with us so I ended up going down with them
00:32I bought
00:33like two dozen oysters in streaky bay and got out there my mum had given me this beautiful bottle
00:38of champagne she's like open this somewhere that you're really proud of yourself that you can just
00:42enjoy it and I just had the best night we were literally right and I guess sometimes that is
00:47known to be very very windy but it was like a beautiful night we had a beautiful fire there
00:53were dolphins there were whales and we were right on the bottom of the the country so it was that
00:59was
00:59probably one of my favourite moments and then Karajini National Park in WA that was pretty
01:05spectacular too just the red dirt nature like I was doing yoga one morning and dingoes right there it
01:11was just it was very cool so and actually in WA south of Exmouth I had my 38th birthday down
01:18in one
01:19of the camps there and that is one of the most beautiful spots I've ever been so there was a
01:23couple of really amazing ones in there everyone's like what did you do every day but I feel like
01:27this like the surprising part was how much you can just fill in a day like you you wake up
01:32with
01:32the sunrise like I always made sure I had good coffee with me um then I'd do a bit of
01:37yoga I'd go
01:38for it like the amount of times I just hiked and then would go for a swim there's all these
01:42beautiful
01:42pools you can swim in I swam more in WA than I ever thought I would especially up in Broome
01:47you just
01:47there's so many places to swim um and I feel like that for me was one of the most surprising
01:54parts
01:54that you end up filling your life or filling that time of your life the days with the most beautiful
02:01I don't know wholesome things that you end up like I kind of felt more like myself than I had
02:08in a
02:08really really long time I'm really proud of myself for the way I did it and I think there was
02:12an element
02:13to it where I was completely exposed but also there's elements of that where I was vulnerable
02:19and you can't just pack up and go and certainly in times when it it's pouring rain and you're supposed
02:26to be in a swag like there was a lot of times that I felt I was going to be
02:29on one of those BCF
02:31when the swag's just like floating down the river because it was raining so I I 100% will do
02:38it again
02:38I still would do it in a four-wheel drive though because the four-wheel drive gave me access to
02:43so
02:43many different places that if I just went in a van I wouldn't have so um yeah I'd do it
02:49slightly
02:49different but I'd definitely do it again
