Watch as quick-thinking children rescue a stranded duckling after spotting a fishing hook stuck in its mouth.

Dreonna Breton captured the heartwarming rescue in Richland, Pennsylvania, USA.

The video shows the children rushing toward the edge of the water after noticing the distressed baby duck separated from its mother.

Carefully reaching through the bushes, the kids manage to catch the frightened duckling and inspect the hook lodged in its mouth.

Working together, they gently remove the fishing hook before safely releasing the duckling back into the water.

Moments later, the baby duck happily reunites with its mother and continues swimming away.

The touching rescue was shared online and Dreonna said: "My daughter spotted a baby duckling stuck with a fishing hook in its mouth. My kids ran to the rescue, took the hook out and released the duckling back to mama duck."
