00:04So over here you can see that I have this presentation file, and if I were to go around
00:09over here onto its properties, you can see it's 7.65 MB right now. That is because there's
00:15a lot of images right here in this particular slide. So let's say what I want to actually
00:20do is I want to go ahead and then reduce the size of the image right here to save some
00:25space. So to do that, you can simply click on any image, and then the picture format tab
00:31will open up right here. And then what you can do from here is you can go around and click
00:36on compressed picture, and then you can choose to apply only to one selected picture, or in
00:42my case, I want to apply to all of the pictures. So I'm just going to go ahead and uncheck
00:46this
00:46out right here. Then you can see that I can go ahead and choose email format right here,
00:52which is good for document sizes sharing. Or you can use the default resolution, but that
00:57would actually increase the file size of the image that is not close to the original, but
01:05it'll just keep it a bit less. So to have maximum image compression, I'm going to select email,
01:11which is actually good enough for screens as well. So once I go ahead and press OK, and
01:16if I were to go ahead and hit the Save button now, the images are compressed. And now let's
01:21see the file size right here. You can see it's only 633 kilobytes right here. So you can
01:30see that the difference is not much. It actually went ahead and saved out the file space by compressing
01:36out all of the images in the slide, so it does not take up much space. So that is basically
01:42how you can go ahead and quickly compress out the images that you have in Microsoft PowerPoint.
