01:28Indro, are we expecting anything else?
01:57Thank you for joining us.
02:00It's shortly from now where the newly elected Chief Minister of West Bengal will be calling
02:04on the Prime Minister in New Delhi.
02:07That's going to be very, very crucial.
02:08Remember, Prime Minister Modi had a keen interest on Bengal.
02:12This is the Bengal project has been there for on the BJP's radar for several years now.
02:18Several elections it has taken finally for the BJP to crack the Bengal code.
02:23And they've done it and done it.
02:24With a landslide victory this time around.
02:26And the man who has actually made it possible is Shubindu Adhikari.
02:29And, you know, this has been a historic mandate from several, several, you know, directions.
02:36Not just the 207 MLAs that the BJP has caught, landslide two-thirds majority.
02:41But the fact that Shubindu Adhikari took it upon himself personally to defeat the former
02:47Chief Minister and his former party leader, Mahmata Banerjee.
02:51So he had defeated her at Nandigram.
02:53He has defeated her once again at her own bastion in Bhavanipur.
02:58So a huge achievement that he has been able to pull off.
03:02And that has provided the BJP top brass that opportunity to bask in the glory.
03:08Shubindu Adhikari, of course, now going to be meeting the Prime Minister himself.
03:11I'm sure he has a huge list of demands that he will be placing before the Prime Minister
03:17because he has his task cut out.
03:19There are several projects, you know, central projects that are lined up.
03:23In fact, the Kolkata Metro project, the new one, that has been stuck for some time
03:27due to the previous government not granting permission for traffic, you know,
03:32suspension in a small stretch of land.
03:35So multiple central government projects, multiple central government schemes
03:38that had been blocked by the Trinamul government, by the Mahmata Banerjee government earlier,
03:43all those are now slowly being rolled out and being implemented like Ayushman Bharat,
03:49like Swaj Bharat, Yojana, all these were stopped.
03:52Yes, you're right, Indrajit, that responsibility also on BJP government now
03:55because they attacked the left earlier than the TMC.
03:59So now it's on them.
04:00They have the power now.
04:01So we'll see what they do for the state of Bengal.
